They are not as experienced as they seem. They recommend AliExpress components LOL, good luck getting them replaced or repaired from1/2 way across the planet. I answered a question they got wrong on YouTube and they hid all my posts. You can get better deals on computers elsewhere. I'd give them Zero stars if I could. You have to give them at least 1 to post a review. This isn't a fake review. You guys put yourselves out there on YouTube for the world to see. You make poor recommendations and laugh at your bad purchases. Then, sell those bad purchases to someone else. You block comments that expose you for who you are. You can't block my review here. So you accuse me of being a liar. So, you don't know how to treat your customers either. Thanks for letting others see that.

Had performance issues and contacted the support team and they got back to me in a quick manner and were efficient and got the issue solved swiftly.

Toasty Bros are not Upfront about the old computers. Most don't support Windows 11 and Microsoft has already started blocking Windows 11 installations and usage on some unsupported CPU's.Purchasing an older computer is a bit like Russian Roulette, this information should be shared freely, its not.

I would like to start out by saying I would give them 10 stars if I could!! My PC died on me unexpectedly and they were wonderful with me the whole way through the process of picking a new computer. I went in knowing about 80% what I wanted and they answered all my questions and really made me feel at ease. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. I only ever got the feeling that they were really trying to get me the right machine that I needed that wasn't overboard for me! 10/10, Amazing experience and I will definitely return if I run into any future PC problems!!

Great company to purchase a laptop/desktop. The customer service is superior and they are willing to help in any way. The laptop I purchased didn't work well after doing updates and they exchanged it out for a different one that works way better. Thank you PCBros. Keep up the channel and customer support!

Hello,My wife and I are very happy customers of PcBros!!!! A few weeks ago or so I ordered a laptop for my wife's birthday. The first one ordered was out of stick and they contacted me at once and let me know. They let me know that there was another one with simular specs. They sent it out. When it arrived about an hour into it it crashed. I called them up and explained what happen and the whole crew went above and beyound to get another one out to us. This company is FANTASTIC!!!!! my wife loves her laptop and they checked every little thing to make sure it worked before sending out. I wish that a lot of other companies could learn customer service from the PcBros cause in our eyes they are the standard of what a company should be. Thank yall bunches for helping us out and getting my wife an amazing laptop.Toasty bros youtube is awesome as well!!! Lots of videos we have been learning from and I hope yall keep them coming!!

This place is no Joke I would give them ten stars if it was available! Best stop in town for PC related equipment if not the best in the world. I have bought a lot of good stuff here. I have overheard many interaction with customers of the prebuilds and they go above and beyond when it comes to standing by the systems they touch. Honest, transparent, and overall very good people to deal with. Jake in the show room is very friendly and also goes out of his way to provide amazing service.

I am a busy mom with five boys that all have gaming needs. Needless to say, it is all the way over my head! Jake from PC brothers took care of everything that the boys needed and I knew that I was in great hands. He took his time and asked lots of questions, and went out of his way to provide an awesome experience. I highly recommend PC brothers! Will definitely be back!!

I had to get a new MSI RTX 4080 Ventus 3X OC Edition and a new MSI A8G0G PCIE5 PSU installed, I went to this store because I heard they could do it faster than others closer to me. I do not regret it one bit. I talked to Jake on the phone multiple times over the week with questions and troubleshooting that I was having (none that were caused by the shop)It turns out that my GPU was having some sort of severe issue, and over the course of 3 days (because of my schedule) the team were able to alleviate the problem and even taught me a bit about how the parts worked.I 100% will always go to this store if available, the team is incredibly great at what they do, huge thanks again to Jake and Caleb!

Very nice store and friendly staff. Bought some parts to upgrade my pc and used their build service to install everything. Was done very quick and ready the next day. However, right when I saw the finished product I noticed the CPU cooler was mounted backwards, no big deal, an employee flipped it around right then and there. When I got home and fired it up I realized all the fans were flipped to intake. Admittedly I'm no expert but at least the rear most fan should be set to exhaust. I went ahead and opened her up and flipped it myself because I didn't feel like lugging my rig back over there to have them fix it. Overall it's a super cool shop, I'm sure they'll do better next time but I was a little disappointed at what my $150 repair got me.

Great place! Needed my PC repaired and they were quick & efficient. Service is fantastic and was updated consistently on what was being done and what parts were being replaced. Do not order internationally! We paid for the delivery fee on the website, but we were forced to pay an extra $300 to UPS Canada. we called PCBros customer service and mentioned we paid already, they were very rude.

Ordered 1 of these after watching the video for the 10th time. These guys are amazing. Ive honestly never seen anything packaged so well for shipping let alone a sub $1k p.c. Quality producta from quality people at unbeatable prices. They have earned a forever customer with me. Absolutely nothing but a pleasure to work with. David from support is an absolute stud. He was able to help me with all my p.c noob questions and his response times are unbeatable. Be smart with your money dont buy anywhere else
