AVOID this branch location at all costs. This morning i went to this location to exchange some coins for cash, so i told this lady that i wanted to get some cash for my box of rolled up coins and she answered me in an unfriendly tone that she needed to see my drivers license and bank card, right there i knew there was something wrong with this lady so i gave her what she wanted, then after she finished the transaction she grabbed a 50 dollar bill and threw it at me it's all on camera, and i asked her that she didn't have to do that , was she mad at something or somebody? so another lady came up and she told her what she needed to do properly, then this lady for some reason grabbed my money and she told me that she couldn't do the transaction and gave me my coins back, what?why? after she already made the whole exchange, it was very uncomfortable to be treated like this when i have a business account with them for years, something is wrong with this lady and i don't know what country she's from but she has a big problem with men that's for sure, i hope whomever is in charge of this place do something about it, that's no way to treat business account holders, by the way i stopped by another pnc bank down the road and they counted my coins and they were fine and completed the transaction real quick, so that's proof that something is going on with this lady, there's no reason for her to behave like this with business customers, horrible customer service i would give them a big fat 0 because of this weird and horrible experience.

Yes I just wanted to say that this branch has the worst customer service of all Louisville. I run a business and write checks if all sizes and to have a client be told they done have the money to cash his check is just bad business, I mean pnc is a billion dollar bank.And to be told they don't have 5k to cash a check is ,we'll it says it all.

I am writing this review sitting in the drive through of the bank, which has been around 10 minutes. Meanwhile at least 4 other people have come & gone through the other 2 drive through lanes. All I wanted was a simple withdrawal but I also got employees I felt like intentionally wasted my time & it’s left a bad taste in my mouth

When you have issues with fraudulent activities definitely don't go to the bank. I had $1600 of fraudulent activity on my account.. of course I am upset... both the customer service line and the bank itself they do not communicate with each other they tell you wrong information and when you're upset about it they basically tell you if you don't want to deal with them then deal with the other person they're both pointing fingers at each other it's freaking ridiculous! I see why they have a three star

The Asian lady here is so rude and unprofessional, I felt uncomfortable being in her presence. All I wanted to do was dispute some fraudulent charges on my account and she lied to me and said she did but actually didn’t so I had to go to another branch and finish my dispute. She called me a liar and said I made those transactions so there’s nothing she could do about it and gave me nasty looks and was short and impatient with me. I gave her my ID to verify my identity and social and she told me she wasn’t sure if that was correct and wasn’t sure if she could assist me . I can’t believe she’s still employed here

I came in today with a chewed up 50 dollar bill from a dog I was dog sitting, I was so nervous I wasn’t able to get my money back. But the lady was so kind with me and she personally put the pieces of the bill I had back together and taped it so I could get my money back. I would definitely recommend this pnc because of the kind workers.

Shockingly poor service. If you need to see a banker you can scan a QR code to get in line then you have to go outside and wait. Not that anyone tells you this, but rather points to a random sign.

I started banking here at this location back in high school around 1999. From the start until the present time I have had nothing but good interactions with all staff as well as overall banking.I currently have 3 accounts one business one personal and one joint with my lovely wife, I also have a Roth IRA with them. All aspects of which have been stellar thus far.I am writing my review today because of the interactions with the branch VP "Anne Stephens", she is very intelligent and went above and beyond as she always does all to make sure your needs are met like mine were today!In regards to a loan that was severely needed do to the coronavirus impact on my business once again exponentially helpful. To say in a short above expectations in every way possible. The meeting was set for 45 minutes and it breached that due to the complications involved in this matter and lasted 2+ hours. I'm sure this put her past other prior arrangements but she stood steadfast with me to meet my needs in this process and she would just like her staff for anyone else in need of assistance by this location for anything they could help with I'm sure of.Thanks to all staff for years of excellence in customer service and I look forward to another 20+ years being a client at this bank?
