Great bank. Kind employees. Just not enough tellers.

I worked with Ty today and he was so helpful and easy to work with! He happened to be from Detroit like me which was crazy to me! We talked sports and he helped with everything I needed! Highly recommend this business

I was at this branch this morning after dropping off my car at the shop. I was trying to deposit all the change that I had in my purse and the teller gave me some rolls. I asked them if it was ok for me to roll my change inside the bank and they said yes, that this was fine. As I approached the chair, I asked the security woman if it was ok to sit in one of the chairs from the lobby and she said yes (she was inside an office getting coffee). As I was working on it I had to put the change on the floor so I could count it and was sitting on the carpet as I was counting. The security said "you cannot sit on the floor, this is not your house" to which I replied that I was trying to put them in piles to count them. After that she started yelling "Do it inside your car!" to which I replied " My car is in the shop. I do not have a car right now". She started yelling again "I don't care!". I then took my teacher ID, showed it to her and stated "I am a teacher, and I teach my students manners and to be kind and nice to each other", to which she replied yelling "I don't care!". At that point, I was in tears and asked the teller to speak to a branch manager. The person that I talked to told me to ignore her and apologized. After all of this, I was in tears and came back to sitting and trying to finish rolling my change. The security woman approached me one more time and asked me if I had a ride and also asked "What is your problem?".I have never been treated this way at any PNC Branch in Louisville for the past twenty four years. She obviously needs to take implicit bias training as soon as possible and needs to be reprimanded, if not fired. I am a minority, a Latina woman, and yes, my skin is brown. I couldn't believe the way I was treated for being who I am. Please check your security cameras to corroborate this incident and I only hope that we can learn something from this unfortunate incident. I can only hope the security woman learns what kindness means and what customer service skills are required for her job.

I had called ahead to schedule a time to open a new account. I was told to come in anytime. When I arrived (40 mins later) the teller informed me they couldn’t access the account specialist’s schedules. So they couldn’t schedule time to meet with them. I provided my name and number yet I never received a call back.

Worst branch in the city. Every time I go here it’s nothing but issues the other branches can easily sort out or simply don’t have at all. After today, never again. There’s another branch a few minutes away. 100% worth the drive.Edit: another branch got me sorted in a few minutes. No issues. This branch is useless and it’s obviously from the recent reviews.

This is the closest branch to me and I go out of my way now to not come here anymore. Security is horribly rude and jumps down your throat about parking in the lot. And now I see that they don’t even allow parking after they are closed and will tow even if they’re not open. This branch has made it clear they have no interest in being a friendly and flexible member in the neighborhood and would rather settle to these petty parking antics. Do better Pnc

I made an appointment to close my loan at 11:30. I arrived early at 11:20, I was told my appointment was at 11:30 (with a tone of how dare I show up early) and told me to wait in my car. At 11:45 I walked in and explained I would be taking my business elsewhere and would reschedule at another location. The door greeter said sorry but nothing else, no manager… nothing. There is zero customer service. This was not the greeters fault, I I had an appt and they should have stuck to it. No one cared to let me know they were running late or why they were missing my scheduled time, nothing! I will NOT do business at this location:

Wow. Leaving work I went inside to simply break a 5 dollar bill into ones. Without even making it into the door a older white male asked me what i needed, i said to break this 5 into ones. And he refused because i bank thru fifth third and not pnc...(its a 5 dollar bill and im at a bank right?)Ether way i said ok thats fine ill skadoodle. Then proceeded to push me out the door... as im putting my five back in my wallet. Im sorry but if you got some older man being physical with a 5 foot girl tryn break a five at a bank then yall need to let that pushy patty go.

Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes while I watched the tellers stand around and chat inside for 5-10 minutes. No updates, no sense or urgency, no apology, just moving as slowly as possible while a large line built up.

One of the slowest branches I’ve used. There is major lack of gumption.
