This branch really needs to work on timing or have more tellers at their counter. Standing in line 10-15 min for only two customers at the counter is ridiculous. They just move very slowly and take their precious times getting to the next person!

The other day the ATM wouldn't take a cash deposit. Nope not a joke. Today I've got 1 car in front of me at the drive thru.....been sitting here for 15.minutes. This PNC is absolutely worthless!

Honestly I love PNC, but this branch in particular I don’t. I called the branch in order to ask if they are doing a domestic wire transfer. And they said yes. I did it there a couple times during the pandemic. And the last time I got there to do another one. They declined it and they say they don’t do it through the Drive way. And I was like I called before and I have done it a couple times. They were like yes but the line is long so we don’t be able to issue one today. I was like the lines were always like that every time I come. The response back was we don’t have enough reps now. So you need to try again later. So I went to another branch on Bardstown Rd and their customer service was fantastic without me calling. I would not go back there again. It is embarrassing to be there with them. Bad customer service!!!!!!

A very bad experience with an employee in the banking hall around 1:50pm on February, 8th 2017. An employee declined to help fax my business document, even though, i have an active business & personal accounts with the same bank!. The Bardstown branch had issues with their fax machine, and the employee apologized , and adviced to try Newburg branch. Unfortunately i got to the Newburg Branch, and this unwelcoming employee sent me out because my document was not related to PNC bank. How unfortunate!. People like her should not be hired in the banking industry because she missed the point to reconcile the relationship between a business & the bank, especially when the primary business account is with PNC. That very moment i felt like clossing down my account!...indeed, it's unfortunate to have such an employee who cannot draw a simple relationship between a businesss & the bank she works for.
