Extremely disappointed, half of the order has been delivered. No way to contact customer support, some AI generated chat. What kind of service is this, what kind of business model is this? Would not recommend to anyone!

Site says ships in 5 business days… it’s been 2 weeks, still has not shipped. I chatted with them on the web site, guy tells me yea might ship this week or sometime next week.. they sure took my money.
