This review is only referring to the infant program as our daughter attended Puzzles Academy from 8 weeks old to 8 months old. I cannot speak on any other age groups from personal experience. There were several teachers that we grew fond of but they ended up leaving due to being overworked and underpaid, which was what they told me personally. They have the maximum state limit of children per teacher, you can tell it’s too much for one person to do everyday. Our daughter left almost every day with two changes of clothes covered in feces from blow outs. I thought it was strange as this rarely happens at home until I picked her up and noticed her diaper was completely full. I looked at the sheet they give you at the end of the day that shows the times they are changed and it indicated that she had not been changed for almost 4 hours from 1:20pm - 5:00 pm when I picked her up. Which made sense as to why she was having all these blowouts. That was her last day at Puzzles.

My family and I absolutely LOVE puzzles! My toddler started when he turned one and has grown so much since. Their staff is wonderful and very family oriented. They have accommodated my son’s dietary needs, potty trained and lovingly welcomed my cousin I referred to the toddler program. Just stop searching for daycare’s and choose them❤️

My daughter has loved going to puzzles since she’s started a few weeks ago. She’s all smiles when I pick her up & is always rambling about her day. They have everything you could ask for in a daycare center. They know how to keep the children learning new things while encouraging lots of fun & safe play ❤️ my daughter has slept better at night and is over all functioning better as a toddler since starting here. We are very thankful to be apart of puzzles and appreciate the teachers and staff members 💛

I was referred by Puzzles from the PGM group on Facebook. As a first time parent I had no clue how long the daycare waitlists are in Louisville. Thank you to the Pretty Good Mom that recommended this place. I had my first child start around 12 months old. Totally impressed from the first day of how much activities there are for his age outside the classroom. One of my favorite teachers taught him about other cultures and languages. He started saying and signing a few words in the first month or so. So impressed! When my second child was 8 weeks she started attending Puzzles. I loved that the classroom sizes are small and she got to grow up with her teachers. The best part about Puzzles is the abundance of art your kids bring to you. Never thought I would like a scribbled picture or a finger painting so much. Sadly, I had to leave Puzzles due to the latest pickup time is 5:30pm. It was a struggle getting there in time due to work. In the future when my kids get older I know they offer temporary daycare for school breaks. So it’s not goodbye but see you later. I would recommend Puzzles to any parent and their kids. Professional staff, with smaller class sizes, and a safe and fun environment for all ages. Thank you Puzzles staff!

Fabulous childcare center. The teachers are angels on earth, the facility is extremely clean, and my kids absolutely love going to school each day. Zero complaints in over a year of attending. Pre-K daughter exceedingly equipped for kindergarten. Could not recommend facility enough. We love Puzzles Academy!

My only regret is not moving my kids here sooner! I was hesitant to switch my two kids (ages 3.5 and 18months) to puzzles from another daycare because my oldest is very resistant to change, but I am so grateful I did! They went from crying every morning at drop off at the other daycare to quite literally cheering when we pull into the parking lot.
Let me start with what makes the experience so great for the kids—the teachers ❤️. Many of the teachers have years of tenure here and each teacher is in the same classroom every day providing stability for the kids. The teachers are constantly reinforcing learning through play and they are real teachers, not babysitters. Ms. Mary has been a gem for our son! But honestly all of the teachers genuinely care for the kids and utilize curriculum. I’m amazed what my kids have learned since starting! The classrooms are orderly and not chaotic, the teachers have control of the classrooms.
They are always investing in new equipment for the kids, the facility is clean, and the staff seem happy to be there. Seriously, this place is a utopia for kids and even I want to play there ? The administrative staff (Anna especially) are all friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about their play based learning which I love, it allows my kids to be kids and have fun learning. I also appreciate they require codes and IDs at pickup if you aren’t a parent so it feels secure. I would recommend it to anyone.

After having my toddler in two different daycare facilities I was skeptical about finding good childcare but finding puzzles was life changing.
The facility is clean and the teachers as well Anna and Megan are friendly and receptive to the parents concerns. I would recommend definitely recommend puzzles

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I had an interview today and a different job and it was at Puzzles Fun Dome they have a daycare up there and they reached out to me on Indeed I went and the whole interview was not about me it was about my previous employer at my old daycare this lady did nothing but use me to get information out of me about what she could do to call state on my previous employer and there is nothing wrong with my previous daycare. The lady was rude from the beginning she didn’t let me fill out my application and all it was about was she just tried to compare things I knew and she thought she new more than anybody else and I worked in the daycare field for 2.5 years I think I know what I can do and not do in a daycare sitting but they promised they would start me at 17 a hour and I get there and she goes I can’t start you at 17 I can only do 14.50 which is less than i was making so I basically went up there and wasted my time. She definitely ruined my experience with ever wanting to go back to daycare ever again.

Oh my goodness I have nothing but amazing things to say about this center! I have two children that attend (11month old & a 3 year old) and I feel so at ease leaving my babies there with all honesty. Ms. Molly & Ms. Jodi are their favorite welcomers in the mornings. All smiles & excitement and it makes me feel so good about leaving them there with that kind of response. They’re very well taken care of & my 3 year old is always prepared to tell me all about her daily adventures on the way home! 10/10 ?

There is no place I would ever take our littles. We have been at Puzzles for almost a combined 6 years with 2 kids and it's amazing!!! Every single teacher is so caring and the management doesn't mind how many crazy parent questions you ask!!! We are blessed to say the least with the care that is provided!!!!

The owner and staff were very unprofessional and treated my family harshly when we disagreed with them. They do not take suggestions or constructive criticism. Instead, they take out their frustrations on your child by not including them in everything being done that day or unexplained accidents occur. I wouldn’t recommend them if they were the last place to enroll. They make it so that if they don’t like you or agree with you your forced to find somewhere else or do thing their way. LITERALLY… they are garbage. Save yourself the hassle.

Puzzles has been such a blessing in my life as well as my daughters. They really are a family. It makes life so much better when you know that you are leaving your child somewhere safe and somewhere where they are loved while having to work.My daughter is excited everyday to see her puzzles family. Puzzles is the best in town!
