Te Te was so sweet and squeezed me in first thing in the morning to keep me from being late to work. The scheduling error was all my fault, but she fixed it. Such a sweet person. I am blessed to have met her.

My technician was so knowledgeable and helpful! I forgot the hard copy of my orders and she was kind enough to help me download them and email them to her computer, saving me an hour round trip to go home and get them. Very kind and professional! Thank you!

Rude and inexperienced staff. They didn't know how to find the nerve to draw the blood and ended up hurting both my arms. Felt like nurse was not interested or serious with her job responsibilities. Never going back to this place again.

Last two times drawing blood at this location left massive bruises on my arm with more than 15 cm long. It took almost a month to heal. Technicians drawing blood clearly have not been properly trained as it has never been an issue in the past for me.

My assigned lab tech was rude and served up a dish of attitude. I had a 7:10 am ET appointment. I checked in via text message. Walked to the office. The office door was locked. I could not get in. I heard her say my name, I said, "Yes" from the hallway. Then I didn't hear anything. I jiggled the locked handle again and said, "Is this door locked?" Another patient opened the door for me. As I was walking in, the tech was grabbing a different patient. Once that patient left, she called in the patient who actually opened the door for me even though I had the appointment. I took it upon myself to go back and said to the lab tech, "I have a 7:10 appointment." She said, "You weren't here when I called your name. I said, "I heard you call my name; I asked if the door was locked." I told her, "The door was locked and another patient had to let me in." She said, "Well, I can take you now if it's a problem." I said, "Yeah it is a problem." She said, just so you know, if you aren't here when we call your name for your appointment, you're not guaranteed your appointment time. I've noticed that's how it's done here. (If that's true, that's absurd. Quest needs to have a better patience experience plan in place). I said, then you should get someone to fix the locked door so patients can get in." She didn't even acknowledge the locked door. She was unprofessional and rude, and a perfect example of why I despise having to use Quest. Even though Labcorp has its own issues, not nearly to the extent of Quest. The ONLY reason I used Quest was because one of my doctor's insisted that Quest has a much better advanced lipid panel. Disappointing experience, but I'm not surprised.
