This store is now horrible to shop at. The managers are disrespectful, They close any time they want and some of the male employees will follow you around for your number. *managers were aware and do nothing*. It’s harassment and very degrading.

I found some shorts that were right for my size. I enjoy shopping at Rainbow because you can shop for pieces, outfits and more.

Entirely to much merchandise crammed on the racks. Made it hard to view without hangers and clothing getting tangled. No baskets to carry selected items for purchase. Dressing room was closed so I ended up buying two tops that don't fit. Long wait time at checkout with one clerk while others were playing on phone and just wandering around the store not doing anything.

My daughter tried to return a pair of shorts that we ordered online. “Mrs. Peaches”, the manager, was extremely rude and condescending to my 16 year old because she didn’t have the paper that supposedly came in the shipping box. My daughter did have the original email confirmation containing the order number and information but was refused a refund and also told that even with the “paper” she MIGHT get some store credit and not a full refund. This was our first attempt ever trying to return any item from the many orders we’ve placed.
