Very rude and disrespectful came in with my service animal and was mett with rude comments about bringing him in the workers where loudly complaining saying now a day's anyone can have a service dog and how ridiculous it is ,you have no ideal why I have a service dog and honestly it's non of your business period .

They were extremely rude and disrespectful. I didn't find my receipt in my bag the same day I bought it, actually I think it was they’re fault. I went up to ask because what I bought was the wrong size and after 2 minutes they told me to leave and that they were going to call the police. They have never been so rude to me anywhere. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I'll never buy anything there again. I recommend that you don't either because if you have a problem with what you buy they are not going to help you nor are they going to take responsibility.

If I could give zero I would. WHY HAVE A CLOTHING STORE AND YOU CAN NOT TRY ON CLOTHES!!! Y’all are losing money.
Then the girl act like she had an attitude because I asked her if the dressing room was open. Dark skinned girl with long braids work on yall customer service!!!

They still haven’t opened dressing rooms I purchased some clothes 1 hour ago, it says they do not close until 7pm. I drive 20 mins back up here and get here at 6:12pm and they’re closed! This is insane and very upsetting

They close down the store too early. I wanted to buy my baby some clothes it was like 5:50 on a Saturday and they were closed even though the door said 7. The lady in charge there is rude too always thinking someone is stealing, she doesn’t have any good customer service

If I could give a zero I definitely would I'll start by saying on the positive the location has beautiful clothes lots to choose from styles seems to stay stocked for the most part.I can always find something to purchase. Now as for there customers service is beyond unprofessional and rude the manager her name is Valerie much older woman has the nastiest attitude.she said she been with the company for 10+years on and off and that if I had a complaint to take it up with corporate after being disrespectful soon as I walked through the door with a return/exchange I really do hope the higher ups do read the comments section if you don't like your job Valerie find another one and let someone more equipped with a friendly and professional attitude have your spot it's retail you need to make the company money not lose money you choose the Job If you have shopped here I hope you have a better experience then I and my husband have had with Valerie the manager who's been with the company for 10+years on and off ! Blessings!!?

It was the first time I came to this store with my grown daughters and my 7 year old girl who found a mannequin lying on the floor and she picked it up and a worker came and yelled at my daughter saying not to do that and one of My elders told him that it was lying on the floor and that we didn't know where to put it and he ripped it out of my little girl's hands in a very bad way and threw us out of the store in a very bad way with screams and insults. The truth is, I felt so bad and no for me yes no for my little daughter I hope someone and the manager do something against that worker who was really very bad I think they should not treat a girl who is only 7 years old like that and in general this happened to no one at 4619 Outer Loop Rd, Louisville, KY 40219

Arrived 20 mins to close to grab something really fast. They had locked the door and guy at door said they were closed. It the holiday season why are they not open the hours they say. Ugh...
