I will never purchase another thing through this place. After losing two of my children within 18 months of each other, I got behind a payment or two after paying for two funerals. And even though I was in CONSTANT communication with them, they STILL harrased every one of my references MULTIPLE times a day.They banged on my door at VERY early hours several times waking my profoundly disabled son. They have the understanding of a sack of hair, the manners of a toddler, and the compassion of a gnat. I took a payday loan just so I could pay off my account and never have to deal with these inhumane pieces of garbage again.NEVER again will I deal with this horrific company. EVER.If I could give negative stars I would.

Horrible communication with customersExpects people to pay but have to wait forever for their product!!!! Just go and buy your product straight out dealing with them is not worth it!

My washer works pretty good but have to turn off the valves every time it's done with the cycle because it won't stop leaking into my washer onto my clean clothes so then I'm soaking wet clothes which makes me unhappy

The staff were very friendly and respectful when I entered the store. Billy listened to what I needed and helped me figure out some options and didn't force anything my way. There was a living room set I wanted but it was unavailable, so I got another one like it and they even knocked down the weekly cost to match the one I wanted. They made my day and I was able to have something set up and will be having it delivered today. I am very satisfied with their service.

The salesperson - Billy C. was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products in the store. The showroom was pristine and there were a lot of options. Billy was easy to work with and made the process very easy and comfortable. I will definitely rent from this location again. Great job Billy!

Bob Slone the store manager walked me through the whole process of making payments on my new items and he was very courteous, very professional, and excellent customer service I would recommend this store to anyone and I would also recommend asking for Bob slone every-time.SERVICE WAS AWESOME!
