Been coming in a lot recently for the most part everything is amazing staff for the most part they are always there to help get things down and helping me figure out when certain things aren’t in and they have the BEST management ever my ONLY complaint is the lady at the front she is very rude and clearly hates her job I’ve been standing at the front and she had made eye contact with me and continued to ignore me I really hope they fix the front desk it’s so hard to figure stuff out most the time

Nice people receiving fella is very nice person. Little extra tight in backing up. But once you are at dock they unload you right away. Receiving hours are 5.30 AMto 1 PM.

I hate to go negative and hurt any business. I did read the reviews with the one star review and I agree with them 100%. We can express our expierence without the intention of hurting the business.Why not give 5 stars and express your bad expierence. I agree that the customer service front desk is absolutely very bad, rude, maybe for the excessive pressure but this is not an excuse. I agree that there is much time delay when returning an item.I agree that there is no stable mood from most of the employees, except a few of them, who they treat you with the same lovely mood all the time like Ms, Tiffany, which she is a wonderful person.Restaurant Depot Management: I appreciate you being there to provide us with most items needed. The smile and simplicity is the main key for success. Please improve your customer service phonecalls, in-person, especially the front desk. And we will try to handle the rest of the other issues such as bad shopping carts, moody employees, careless employees, and the unavailable products. Again, we appreciate everything you have done for us.

The Front End Manger’s work ethic and can-do attitude sets an incredible example for the whole store! He is really helpful and motivates his cashiers and isn’t afraid to step in to be a cashier himself. I didn’t have to wait in line because he moves and gets the customers “In and Out” as he would say! He is an amazing addition to the company and freaking smells so good every time I come in and gives the best hugs! Leaving the store is the best experience and makes me eager to come back! Restaurant Depot has stepped up with this one.

Always difficult to get in and out, blocked aisles, no carts available, dirty pathways, unstocked merchandise all the time, aisles are one way since boxes are always blocking the aisles, terrible wait times at check out any time. It’s a necessity if not I wouldn’t bother to bring my business here.

For truck drivers: You'll be backing your 53' trailer into a dock that was designed for 40' trailers off of the street. The check-in door is to the right of the docks facing the building behind the dumpster. Bring a flashlight; it's dark. Parking is almost non-existent. Lots of tight turns getting in and out of here. I'm not averse to returning, but I'd prefer not to.

My recent visit to Restaurant Depot was a complete disappointment. They made a mistake by charging me for an extra box of burgers, and when I returned the next day to resolve the issue, I was made to wait for almost an hour. clearly showing a lack of respect for my time and the mistake they had made. When the manager finally attended to me, his demeanor was exceptionally rude and unapologetic.The pinnacle of their rudeness occurred when the manager returned my card. Instead of handing it back politely, he carelessly threw it, causing it to fall to the ground. Not only was this behavior completely uncalled for, but the manager also failed to apologize for his actions.I hope that my review serves as a warning to potential customers and encourages the management of Restaurant Depot to address these glaring issues promptly.
