I recently visited the Middletown Branch for help with document notarization. Rachel, Sabeen & Quenten provided fast, friendly service and an excellent experience. I've been impressed by the great service I receive each time I've visited RCB Middletown. Great service, fully staffed and Saturday morning hours set this bank apart from others in the area. Highly recommend!

They are only open until 4:00 pm. They never help with any problems with transactions and always make you call downtown to the main office to try and reach someone at that location that is knowledgeable but it never gets resolved and the manager downtownis not friendly at all! Their ATM is too dark and it's dangerous late at night and is always saying it can't take money or checks. They didn't even know what Zelle was until a few months ago! Go to 5/3rd where they give you and extra day to cover an overdraft before assessing a fee, plus they are open later and have good chargeback protection and well lit ATM'S especially in other states and free checking! This bank has too many problems! ☹☹☹☹☹

Have dealt with this branch for years and lately the customer service has gone way down hill ... The level of employee unproffesionalism is staggering to the point where we want to move our accounts to another bank entirely if theres anything i can say to people looking at banking here ... DONT !!! I get better service from McDonald's ! :(

I had a very horrible experience here. Never in my life had I experienced such ignorance and such disgusting customer service. The man in charge was the worst and wouldn’t even give me his name. The management doesn’t have a clue how to manage and they don’t know anything about banking. Everyone was rude and had absolutely no patience. Will be switching my bank company after this experience.

The staff is nice enough; but I found their loan practices to be less than expected. Better options are out there for those seeking loans.
