The store is completely disorganized. Generally you can at least sort through the shoes, but they were not tagged well to easily see sizes. The most unsettling thing was that they have an employee at the front door who I'm assuming has to wear a bullet proof vest and a body cam.

Clean friendly but policy on 25% off opened product if they can't find the tag is silly. I prefer peddler mall more variety

A disaster since the whole Cuban wave arrived, nothing like 3 years ago, now it looks like a cantina, everyone is very disrespectful and it's all because of the Cuban customers, they throw merchandise everywhere, they steal, they speak bad words, they should put this in order

This place is equivalent to the worst thrift store purely because of the EXTREME unorganization. Small, medium, large, XL, Men's, Women's, kids... everything is mixed together and makes shopping nearly impossible.

Store by Outerloop Mall needs a massive clean-up! Couldn't really even make my way thru the store for inventory being all over the floors. Staff was also very rude and not helpful, to say the least.
