I witnessed, today, February 2, 2025, in the afternoon, a display of racism from a local cashier towards a couple of Hispanic customers who visited the store. The cashier, an African American, with a wig and bun up, forgot to pack (but charged) 2 products to some customers. When they realized this, they returned, and that cashier, in the worst way I have ever seen, shouted at them that they had to wait in line again. He mistreated them, yelled at them, disrespected them in front of everyone present. The worker should be expelled from the premises for mistreatment of the public. They should even fine her. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Ross need to put More orden with the cuban's customers. Cuban's aré a disaster, they steal, they aré disrespectful, they don't wait in lines, and the womens aré almost naked a lack of respect to the kids. 2 years a go Ross was calm and good. The Cuban's turned all the establishments into a nightmare.

I am Cuban. It was the Ross chain of stores that impressed me most, positively, when I arrived in this country. I really like, mainly, women's clothing. Being a client, I have helped several people choose clothing items. Recently, I applied to work at that store. I really like it quite a bit.

I was turned away because I walked in with a marshals cart. I have a special needs child and just getting him in a cart is a whole mess and being turned away because I don’t switch carts was ridiculous. I drove down from Glendale to shop and what a waste of time. Never again.

I was shopping with my wife at this location today, for some shorts to work in and there was trash everywhere outside, cars flying by in parking lot, people with huge bags stealing stuff , I was trying on shorts and the room next to me I heard the door slam and I heard those tag alarms going off , I was like hell no, I walked out and one of the employees said I'm going to look at the cameras and call metro! I said go ahead because I don't steal , you be the one looking stupid, call them, look on your camera and I will wait here, there's my wife and we paid for our stuff and left , I felt like I was in another country ,I could not believe my eyes , I was the only white guy in there and I feel profiled
