People working here are completely incompetent. When the tech came out he and I agreed on the replacement appointment time and that they would come to me for the appointment. 2 days before the appointment I find out the scheduled me to drop it off which I couldn’t do. Then they canceled another of my appointments with no notification at all. When I called the shop to find out why they were completely unapologetic, unprofessional. Chris the manager totally shouldn’t be in that role. He does not know how to speak to customers. They already charged my insurance and refused to do the actual work. Last thing he said was “figure something else out I’m closing your ticket.” After they canceled my appointment. Now I have to drive out of town for work, with a broken windshield. They should all be fired. There’s a reason why this shop has so many negative reviews.

Great experience, they was polite and professional and helped me with a crash wrap while I was waiting for the repair. It went through insurance, so no pit of pocket. The quality of work was great.

For all the folks I spoke with, and the ones who worked on my car, 5 stars for service, competency, knowledge, and courtesy. The work was performed quickly and well, and I have zero complaints about that aspect of it.The windshield itself, however, leaves much to be desired. It allows far more road noise into the cabin of my car. It doesn't defrost well and won't stay that way once you turn off the defroster. This means that in this recent single-digit cold spell, I've had to make my 40 minute commute without any heat. I feel like this replacement glass isn't as thick as the OEM glass.Although it would almost certainly mean a step down in customer service, the next time this happens I'll probably take it to the dealership, since my insurance allows me to choose who will do the work. The one thing insurance won't let me do, though, is choose the actual part. If they did, Safelite all the way for sure.

Easy, fast, efficient. What more could you ask for? I've used them twice now (for 2 different vehicles) and been happy with their scheduling process, timeliness, and the fact that I haven't had to call them back with any issues whatsoever. The only thing of note is that they cannot remove and reapply riverlink stickers/transponders - so if you have one of those, request a replacement before your glass replacement.

Had them replace the rear window of my truck. There was glass all over the driveway when the technician was done. He asked for a broom. I gave him a broom and a dustpan and went back in the house. A few minutes later I look out the window and the idiot is sweeping all the glass into my yard. He had a dustpan and garbage can right there. Had to contact safelight (what a hassle) and he was sent back later to "clean up" after I had told the lady on their customer line that wife and I had already spent the last hour on our hands and knees cleaning up his mess in below freezing temps. The tech came back out anyways, denied he did it then got belligerent when I called him out on it. I went back in the house, called insurance co and safelight. The manager (Lee Smith) was supposed to call me day of service. It's been 2 days now, no call, no apology, just a bunch of unprofessional jerks. I cannot recomment you use this company. Look elsewhere. I'm also filing BBB report on them and filed complaint with my insurance company.

I’m shocked this place has such low reviews. I needed to have my windshield completely replaced for a crack and this was the only place near me that offered online scheduling. I followed the steps online to schedule an appointment and was able to get in a few days later. The scheduling process looked up my insurance and car info so they had everything they needed. I went ahead and scheduled to have new wiper blades installed as well. I had to take my car to their location because it needed to be recalibrated. The site said the appointment could take 2-3 hours so I was prepared to wait. All of the staff there were very friendly and there was plenty of seating in the waiting room. They finished my car in just over an hour and gave me sticky strips to reapply my toll scanner thing which I honestly hadn’t thought of. They also covered the cost of wiper blades so everything was free for me! I had low expectations for this appointment based on other reviews but it couldn’t have gone any better! The only thing that didn’t work for me was their guest wifi didn’t work on my MacBook but I used that as an excuse to not do any work while waiting so I didn’t mind.

Wife worked here for years and they would help you out for free with minor issues like crash wrap or simple fixes.Most of the staff here have been turned over and let me tell you, they don’t care what so ever. If I were you I’d truly consider finding somewhere else to spend your money. It’s not the same company it was just a few years ago.
