Staff is always friendly. We happened to have a scare with my oldest daughters hair, and Elizabeth helped us match her color. The hair dye worked perfectly for her, and we are pleased.

Great store but when I bought this hair color, the person who was helping me said just the hair color was all I needed. Well, when I got home and was getting ready to apply it, the instructions required another product to mix. That was disappointing as I had to make another trip back to the store.
