So the two ladies that work were really disrespectful and very picky of what you touch. they don’t trust customers. And acting like they own the store, even though none of them were the manager. I don’t recommend going there for anything reason.

The young lady from the very moment I walked into the door was Verde from telling me they close to not being prepared for me to check out to the next young lady named Sarah being just as rude and refusing to put my product in the back due to having issues of having my credit card locked And asking the other young lady why she was being rude from the very beginning if she was not ready to check me being a hairstylist I knew what I was coming for last minute people like this should not have jobs within these environments

I love the manager there! She was currently the manager over at the other location on 7th street. In the Shively shopping center. She's so nice and welcoming. I hope she gets her own store again ? Nice hair store! Always has great deals on hair products!

It’s nice to walk into a store knowing exactly what products you are buying, which aisle the products are in, while you’re being watched and followed. This has never happened to me at ANY Sally’s. I will not be coming back to this location.

Return policy very is bad I purchased clippers worth 26 dollar I return same day they did not give me full refund only 20 dollars they said it will credit on store they treat costumer bad

It’s nice to walk into a store knowing exactly what products you are buying, which aisle the products are in, while you’re being watched and followed. This has never happened to me at ANY Sally’s. I will not be coming back to this location.

The store is currently closed when it’s supposed to be open at 7am. There isn’t any sign on the door nor windows explaining sorry for inconvenience! This is very unprofessional.

This location is so unprofessional. They are supposed open at 10am and there are no employees in the store even after 10:15, there are different groups of people going up to pull on the locked door. I've always went out of my way to go to the Dixie highway location because the service in that store is superb, I've always felt judged by employees in this new cut location or felt as if the employees were completely unsure on the products. It's ridiculous that the service and store are actually this horrendous because Sally's is such a great company.

Before I even stepped a foot in the door the 2 ladies were on me about a mask. Said I could not shop there without a mask... it’s like she got a kick out of it and doesn’t care if they lose money. Other stores in other area are not like that. Let people be and do what they want with their own body. This is not a law...

Tried to go in yesterday and they was closed! No sign up or anything the place was boarded up but its nothing new for a business here in Louisville, Ky. Called to see if they was open the phone just made a fast busy signal. This was during the afternoon around 130ish. So there shouldn't have any reason for being closed.
