This was one of the worst experiences of my life. It got so bad dealing with them, that my insurance carrier had to be on a conference call before we even spoke any longer. I had to take my car back twice to get the front end placed back on correctly, and it still is not done properly. I knew it wasn't fixed correctly by the amount of time I spent there, both times. I'm no body shop gal, but my dad was, unfortunately he passed away, because if I could rate this zero, I would. Almost 5k of body work and I had to tell them to adjust the fog light, and the amount of trips I have made to get my front end fixed is insane. I don't even bother, it would take longer than the 10-20 minute wait to fix the front end. The owners wife told me I must have pulled too far up on a parking spot. It literally was like this from the time I got it back and they knew it. Even if I had pulled too far up, it shouldn't pull my front end loose if the work was quality. I have always had sports cars, I know better than to pull up too far in a parking spot. Run away from this place. They are initially nice on the phone, but it turns into a nightmare. If your insurance says this is their preferred body shop, RUN!

Great experience with Senn’s! Bryan is great and everyone I talked to was very polite and professional, very responsive and they had a quick turnaround. I also appreciate that they offer to set up a rental car for you to have while your car is being repaired. The repairs look amazing! Thank you!!

Car came back brand new. They kept in touch with me the texting was excellent. I did have to wait 6 weeks to get the car in. But that's probably because they're so good what they do

I’ve never had a stress free car experience, even with small things like my oil change. However, I took my wrecked 2018 Hyundai to Senn’s in Middletown and I will never go anywhere else. They took care of everything, kept me in the loop without having to worry about making a call back, arranged for my rental car, and every time I called I received a bright and comforting voice on the other end. I just had a bad experience with Senn’s Collision Repair. My son’s car was rear-ended, and we received the insurance check and estimate. Several people told me the best place to have the car repaired was Senn’s, and I took their advice. I scheduled an appointment with a worker named Jim on October 13th. He took a cursory look at the damage and said they would fix it, but he would need the official estimate from the insurance company. I had it on my phone and emailed it to his receptionist in their lobby. He checked with her and said it never came through, so I emailed it to a different address, which he got. He also wrote down the claim number on a piece of paper to ensure he had it. Before my son and I left, he told me to be patient because they were behind in work. He said they should be getting me in somewhere between six and eight weeks. I did my part and didn’t bother them till early December when I called Jim to find out when I could bring the car. He said I couldn’t because I never gave him the insurance estimate. I reminded him of our interaction in their lobby, where he said he had what he needed. There was a long pause on the other end of the call, and then he replied, “Well, what I’m telling you is that I don’t have it.” I offered to send it to him again, and he said that if I did, I would still be six to eight weeks out because I would be at the end of the line. I was absolutely astounded at this level of customer service. He lost my paperwork, then refused to work with me to get me in when he said he could accommodate me. Just to be clear, I didn’t curse at him or even unduly raise my voice. So you can imagine my surprise when he follows up his last comment with a statement that he didn’t even want the job anyway because it’s hard for them to get BMW parts. I told him that I would go somewhere else and take this up with his Google review, to which he replied “Sorry you feel that way, sir” and hung up. I have no idea what quality of work they do on repairs, but I will never patronize a business that treats someone in this fashion. I tried to factor in the labor shortage across most business sectors, but this can’t excuse the rude and flippant behavior they exhibited. My advice is to steer clear of that place.
