As a customer who recently patronized Shell, I must candidly express my profound disappointment with the abysmal experience encountered. From the onset, the service was shockingly lacking in every aspect. The staff exhibited an appalling level of neglect towards customers, showcasing a blatant disregard for basic courtesy and professionalism.The facilities were in a deplorable state, with cleanliness clearly not a priority. The products on display appeared outdated and poorly maintained, leading to concerns about their quality and safety. Moreover, the complete absence of hygiene standards was alarming, raising serious doubts about the health and safety of patrons frequenting this establishment.The most distressing aspect of the experience, however, was the customer service—or lack thereof. Staff members were disinterested and unhelpful, displaying a total disregard for customer inquiries or complaints. It was evident that training and supervision were sorely lacking, resulting in a culture of apathy and incompetence that permeated the entire establishment.Such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and well-being is not only unacceptable but also poses a serious risk to public health and safety. In light of these egregious shortcomings, it is my firm belief that this Shell should be closed down immediately to prevent further harm to unsuspecting customers. Action must be taken swiftly to ensure that such negligent establishments are held accountable for their actions and that consumers are protected from substandard service and products.

When they steal from you there is no picture to put up.They are closed not 24/7They have greed, no good customers but drug dealers.Knowing there is dominating community with food stamps and denying service shut them down.

This is a very busy business.Manager took the time to walk out to the pump to answer my question.My vehicle runs better on Shell, that's why I continue to return.

My husband and and I stopped in after work to grab some gas. He realized halfway home he needed to use the restroom and asked the man at the counter that was working if he could have a key to use it. This man had the audacity to say "I know what you want in that restroom for." Insinuating that he was a drug user. We both just worked a seven hour shift at a resturant being the only two servers today. I'm absolutely appalled. I understand there is a problem with drugs in the area but if you look at my husband he definitely does not look like a drug user by any means. Perfectly straight white teeth, clean cut, and built. This employee needs to rethink what he says to paying customers. We decided to get our gas elsewhere.
