I joined Shred about a month ago and I’m so happy with my decision! The instructors and staff are all so kind and the classes are rigorous but fun! It’s always nerve-wracking to try out a new fitness class, but the instructors take the time to introduce you to the equipment and the format of the class. I’m really excited to be apart of the community!

The energy in these workouts are unmatched to any other workout class I have attended in the city or online! I push myself harder because of the encouragement of the instructors, the shredder next to me, and the upbeat music!

Almost 600 classes down & I am still obsessed with Shred 415!What truly sets this gym apart are the energetic instructors. Their passion is infectious, turning even the most grueling workouts into exhilarating challenges that I found myself looking forward to. They are not just trainers; they are motivators, cheerleaders, and, at times, miracle workers. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or someone just embarking on your fitness journey, these instructors have the remarkable ability to make you believe in your potential.I look forward to my workouts in the dark space at Shred 415. The music… It's loud, it's pumping, and it's exactly what you need to keep your energy up and your body moving.The most surprising aspect of this gym is the sense of community. Over 100 classes later and I’m still being challenged at every class I take. The instructor’s are all amazing and supportive of everyone’s fitness journey. I’ve been to other gyms in Louisville, but Shred is the only one that consistently pushes me to try something new and get stronger along the way. The classes are dynamic, and you truly can’t go wrong with any of them!

If you’re looking for a workout class where the instructors bring energy and motivation to the mic in a judgment-free group fitness environment, Shred is the place. I’ve seen massive changes in my strength, endurance, and fitness level since joining, and I enjoy the variety of formats each instructor brings. Don’t be intimidated, everyone is friendly, welcoming and always supportive of you reaching your goals. Can’t recommend enough, love this place!

Shred415 is a great combination of cardio & full body dynamic strength training. The music is fantastic and loud… I feel like I’m at an EDM festival (my favorite!).The instructors are high energy & a lot of fun. This style of class definitely breaks the hum-drum of exercising.The facility is clean & offers lockers, showers, etc.

If you are looking for a high intensity, constant encouragement, and an incredible community then sign yourself up for shred! The workouts will push unlike any on your own, especially if you enjoy running! I also love the variety in the classes, instructors, and drills! No two classes are alike! Seriously sign up! You will have fun!

Shred415 is worth the commitment! When you sign up for Shred, you aren’t only signing up for a workout but a community full of friends and encouragers. All of the instructors genuinely try to get to know each member and make their workouts fun, challenging & exciting. The workouts give you a taste of a little bit of everything from strength to cardio and even yoga! I am so thankful for the Shred community!

I’ve been going to shred for 1.5 years now & I can’t say enough good things!! The instructors are amazing & so sweet/friendly! They make an effort to know every member by name & are super motivational :) Some of my favs are Allison, Savannah, Amanda, & Kat but truly all of them are amazing! I have recommended to many friends & all have loved the classes!

I love being a part of the Shred community. I have never been an athlete, but from the start of Shred, every instructor has been helpful to me and everyone is so welcoming! It’s a great workout and an overall great environment. Having scheduled times/classes is great because it helps me stay accountable and have a set workout schedule. I look forward to my Shred classes every time!
