I came across sleep outfitters and decided to go in the store and look around. I was immediately impressed by Kyle, he was welcoming, knowledgeable and kind.Unlike most of the salespeople I've come across, he seemed more interested in finding something to fit my needs, versus trying to sale me the most expensive item in the store, like they do at Ashley's furniture.He took the time listen and delivery was next day.He was so great that when I needed to buy a bed for my grandmother, I went back to him to purchase it. They have the same selection as the other stores. The difference is the customer service.Thanks for all your help Kyle

Kyle was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. He listened and was patient and always ready with a heads up, recommendation or feedback from what we were testing and/or considering. He helped us find an awesome deal and a quick delivery option. THIS store was where we started and ended our search for a new mattress and adjustable frame…. And there were lots of stops at other stores in between. Thank you Kyle and Greg for making this a much more pleasant and rewarding shopping experience than we ever thought it could be!

Greg and Kyle were amazing! They are very knowledgeable and helpful beyond what anyone would expect. They are not pushy…they truly want to get you in the bed that will work best for you that is in your price range! We ended up also getting adjustable base for my mom so she doesn’t have to be in an uncomfortable hospital bed. This is the 5th bed we have bought from them. We would not go anywhere else to buy a mattress
