I needed a basement window pane replaced, but after reaching out to several businesses, none could handle the job. Fortunately, I was referred to South End Glass. I explained the urgency, and they assured me they could take care of it. I dropped off the window late in the afternoon, and true to their word, it was ready the next day. Their service was prompt, professional, and reliable. I highly recommend them, and will absolutely use them again.

Went today to have a hard to replace piece of glass. She carefully copied my piece, took pictures of it and will call me with availability and price. I feel safe with their service. Anxiously awaiting call back.

Today, January 14th 2025, Two Gentlemen showed up at 8:47am and 9:03 a.m. they were out the door. They were very professional. They cleaned the window inside and outside in this frigid weather. They replaced the blind. I am very pleased with the workmanship of the glass and teamwork these two gentlemen showed

Trying to call them to arrange for an estimate on replacing patio door and a couple of windows with laminated glass and they do not answer their phones. The line is constantly busy and we are from out of state so it is very frustrating trying to even see if they can do what is needed.

Big Shout Out to South End Glass- The Best!10 Years ago we had all our windows replaced. We were so disappointed that two large windows suffered a leak. The bottom half of the windows were thick with fog and impossible to see out. These windows have the grids in between the glass. The original installers were gone and window company quotes were just not dooable for us. And, if we were able to get it done the windows would be slightly different. Someone suggested South End Glass. I don't think we've ever been so pleased!! Becca at the office was wonderful; the gentleman who came out and installers were great. The turn around time and timing before Christmas greatly appreciated. The process was seamless and flawless. Just like our "Feel like new," windows!! When it gets warmer - we'll open up the windows and give a real shout out to South End Glass!!
