I have a white F250 Crew cab.November 8, 2023This time, the tunnel had little to no soap coming onto my truck. The only soap it got was form the guys power washing before going into the tunnel. I pointed this out to the girl at the register who said the soap comes out at the beginning of the tunnel. I told her there was none this time as I had watched it go through, as I always do. She said, it looks pretty clean to her, but if it's not, they would just run it through again. I explained to her that if there was no soap, the spinning brushes would just grind in dirt and sand across the clear coat. I really didn't want to take the chance to "run it through again" with no soap. She just smiled and said how do you want to pay.I always make specific requests to clean the windows thoroughly inside and out at the vacuum station. He said, no problem! The windows get wiped at the end of the tunnel. Used to be very good. Now they are just smeared around a little and some of the crew drying/cleaning are too short to even reach the glass. Very little effort going into my $33 wash. May go elsewhere to get car washed. :-(Update Jan 2 2024 - a manager did reach out right away. I called and we spoke. He asked me to come in and see the facility and how it works and to let the crew work on my troubled spots. He said he adjusted the soap levels and was friendly over all. I have not been back yet. When I'm in the area and my truck needs a wash I will return!Services: Vacuuming

Best place to get you car cleaned and detailed. Even if your car isn't all the way clean they hand wipe your car after it goes through the car wash to get it all the way clean.

I brought my 2021 Lexus IS 350 F Sport into the Sparkle Brite car wash across from St. Matthews Mall over the weekend and had it washed. It rained on Saturday, so I went back Sunday for a rewash which was approved by Ren that works the checkout counter (super nice!). Once the car was dried off and was ready for me to drive off, I noticed the rim on the back drivers side had some damage to the lip (damage that was not there before this car wash). I took pics and spoke to Ren who assured me it would be taken care of and that the GM "Billy" would call me on Monday, which he did. He initially offered around $250 in Gift Cards for free washes there. He then stated "it's was strange that the back wheel was damaged, as the rims that are usually damaged here happen on the front wheel". That statement is a CLEAR admitted pattern of damage at this particular Sparkle Brite location. He said he made a couple of calls to to see if anyone could repair the rim but he could not find anyone to do so. He stated that he thought a new rim would be $1500-$2000. I asked him what his "magic number" was since at this point there was not a question of whether it happened there or not as he offered some sort of compensation, but rather the amount he was willing to pay out. He threw out $500. I told him I wanted my rim repaired or replaced as it was before I went through the car wash and it should not matter what the price is, as damage is damage. He asked me to send him a pic of the rim via text so I did, then I called Lexus of Louisville to inquire about the rim. They told me it would be $881.80 for a new rim and that this particular rim can't really be repaired because of the paint/finish. I text Billy back with the info and didn't hear anything, so I went in person to speak with him at the car wash. Two minutes into the conversation Billy started talking in circles, making sure to say multiple times it didn't happen there but was willing to "work" with me and offer some sort of compensation as he did over the phone. He showed me the conveyor belt that holds the driver's side wheels so the cars can roll freely thru the wash. He proceeds to point out that the steel rails on the left side of the belt are protected by rubber which touch the rim and tire, but I noticed that at the very beginning of the belt it is not protected and could see several knicks in the metal. When I pointed this out he stated "yeah, I know...this belt is old as you can tell". When I asked him why would he offer anything if he was adamant that it didn't happen here and he said he was a nice guy. So nice that when I asked him what would he do in my situation he said verbatim "I don't care about the rims on my car, so it wouldn't be an issue with me. I wouldn't care." Professionalism at its finest: tell a customer you do not care about their car without actually saying you do not care about their car. At this point I knew exactly what what I was dealing with. Billy then started to deflect, things got heated, so I left. We called him once I was home to discuss options. Billy wanted to deny ever offering any financial compensation, stating he never said he would to begin with. As a business man who has been screwed on the opposite end of things in the past, I always record conversations. We have him on recording offering the amounts I stated earlier. Once my wife informed him of the voice recordings he took her name and said he would call back. As explained, it was an admission of guilt by offering financial compensation. Unfortunately, Billy never called back. Our options were to settle this by replacing the $880 rim or we would file suit in court. I strongly urge everyone to think twice before pulling into the Sparkle Brite Car Wash on Shelbyville Road, across from St. Matthews Mall. Damage to your car will happen here, and when it does just know that the GM Billy will not care because he does not care about his own truck and he's cheap. Accountability goes a long wa

Poor quality car wash for the cost. $60 for the ultimate wash and you are out of there in 10 minutes. How good of a wash can you get in 10 minutes? Left lots of crumbs and the cleaner they use has a bad odor
