Spectrum Service Center is not to help you but to abuse you. They overcharged me but refused to correct it.

Improper equipment return handlingI returned my equipment after a service disconnect (I’m moving out of service area)- was told I was all good at the store. 7 days later, I get an email my equipment hasn’t been received and I’ll be charged if it isn’t. Customer service seems to have been able to clear it up, but a recommendation to anyone going the return equipment to the store route:be diligent and observant if you return equipment to the store- make sure you see the associate scan your items and GET + KEEP your receipt.The whole service disconnect process was a little all over the place in terms of what to expect, but I guess that’s just Internet service providers in general.

Wanted to take time to acknowledge the professionalism by John at the Bardstown location today. I came in with a complicated situation trying to help an elderly neighbor. John was patient, informative, and gave me numerous options to to do just that. He went above and beyond.

DONT BOTHER. I can’t get change. I can’t use the pay station but dude wanted to take all my money and credit it to my account. Gave me my money back and told nobody else could help. Luckily the guy next to him took my payment.

John was super helpful in getting my son his 1st cell phone. He is now 10 yrs old and needed one for so many reason. John found a way get the line for free as advertised. The store was clean and the employees were very professional.

The rep that attended me lacked allot of customers service, not friendly nor did he have any concern nor show any interest in myself as a customer, on his personal phone texting. I used to work for spectrum and I do know that he doesn't reflect what spectrum train and ask their employees to be. Sad for him for putting him self before spectrum.

In store rep mistakenly closed my account then said issue had been resolved, which must have been a lie. Had to call 833 number and get transferred multiple times to correct his error.

Good afternoon...I want to comment on my bitter experience with the spectrum company...a year ago I bought an apple whash and in a month I returned it because it didn't work for me in the building so I only used it twice to check if the signal was working, which never happened…when I spoke to the representative (whose calls are recorded) he told me that if they found any problem with apple whash the device would be returned to me but not the charger…a year ago now and I haven't received the apple whash and they have continued to charge me the same ... I am tired of calling customer service and the representatives always have a different account ... the fact is that in the end they charged me the money and they never returned the apple whash and always with a different account ... but well they will pay for their scam
