Not helpful at all...i work at an assisted living facility and needed to trade in some old boxes so that new residents can have cable when they move in today....they said we have to go online to order boxes...good thing i dont have control or they would have lost 300 rooms of cable...ill still metion this at next meeting...not good business spectrum

Took all my boxes to stores and had trouble turning them in. Took the manager to figure it out. Went streaming to get rid of the costs of the boxes that were really over priced.Manager told us they were priced high so all would turn them in and go steaming.

It’s the only location on this side of town and an absolute disrespect for a customers time. Approximately a dozen people waiting and only one customer service rep. Every transaction is taken an excessive amount of time. I just need to give you your equipment back. This is why people are leaving this company in droves. You’re making it easier for your competitors.

I'm so aggravated with spectrum want to charge so much for internet that don't work why am I getting charged for a whole month of service when your service only works about 10 days a month if something don't get done about this you will no longer have me as a customer this is ridiculous. I am not satisfied.

Kreszenz is great, she helped me with the free line with my Internet bill, she listens to my ridiculous stories (even told some good ones herself) such a great employee. I really appreciate her! Thank you Kreszenz!!!

The foremost example of why monopolies are anti consumer. Their service has more disconnections than AOL 25 years ago. Newer wifi boxes with the same surface level contract system without any consistency what so ever. Literally the worst..

Just left there a guy name Carl waited on me. I return my equipment. I had it in a bag. He asked if I had any bugs in the bag. I replied are you serious and he said yes completely unprofessional very rude. He needs a new career.

Slow service and had to wait a long time to get things resolved, however when I did get helped the associate was very helpful.
