Long waiting time just to turn in old equipment

The place will charge your account if you have all of drawl and it don’t go through. They will charge your account $25 extra each month. They don’t go through no matter if you have the money in there or not this place could do better but they don’t have time to talk to their customers unless they’re trying to sign you up for a new plan so watch out when you have all my draw out of your account. They will charge you extra $25 out of your account. Be careful watch these people they’re dangerous.

I really left there feeling bad, after wasting a lot of time in line... the supposed specialists don't know anything and are very slow... they waste a lot of time talking... the one who attended to me was Jeremiah... he couldn't solve anything. I hope I don't have to go back.

I had to go in and return equipment and the people are quite rude. I sat the box of equipment ( their own box ) on the counter and the guy opened it and took out the modem and told me i need to keep the box and the rest of it that they do not need it, Well I dont need it either. Overall experience was bad

Came in and ran a holidays was in and out within 10 minutes. Great customer service got my needs met and everything taken care of.

Con; Most of the spectrum stores stay busy. If you are able to schedule your visit online ahead of time, I would suggest it 1000%.
Pro: Extremely helpful and friendly staff!
...Except for the one new person who attempted to inform me that I would not be helped and would have to return another day after waiting for over an hour...Only after refusing to leave was I offered assistance.
I believe the new guy may have a better understanding of how important comprehension of any guidance received from management is.

This place is too slow. Many people waiting here for hours and very very slow service. Some officials have to ask their colleagues about what they should do. I do not recommend this place.

Spectrum dropped the ball 2 1/2 yrs ago and I gave them a try again. They did it again, installer not knowledgeable, employee unable to help me ( near Jefferson Mall)and rude,and lady I talked to (888-) and was rude and so unhelpful.

Worst company ever haven't paid the same amount per month since I signed up 2plus years ago, terrible service all I get is excuses when I call in.
