I've been going to Springdale automotive repair since the early 2000s. They've always professionally repaired my car and communicated very well in identifying the problem. Good staff and service with the certified expertise to repair your car issues. I highly recommend.

Springdale Automotive is great! They diagnosed the problems with my car and gave me a list of everything the car needed immediately and also things that should be done in the future but could wait. The immediate problems were taken care of in a day. John, who was filling in from Greenfield, IN, was great to work with - explained everything to me so I could understand and was super friendly. He was even able to give me a few discounts. In the future, I will use Springdale Automotive to care for the rest of the items on the list of things that should be done to my car. Very pleased with the work they did!

The Prospect location really cares about the people whose cars they service. Never try to up sale, they’re up front and honest and the work speaks for it self. I would highly recommend

They didn't find the root of the problem. I took it in for $1800 and they must have fixed something else that was not broken. At least the person at desk was courteous...they finally called me back after I had to sell the car. It was too unsafe to drive after I got it back from them. All the dash warning lights came back on and there were more. I had to get rid of my car.

4 out of 5 stars for communication because my car had to stay overnight even without getting any repairs done (I declined due to the repair needed). I dropped it off at 9am for one concern, and called at 4pm when I still hadn't heard anything. They informed me that it would need to stay overnight because they don't have time to put it back together.
Slightly inconvenient as I had an appointment to make less than an hour after they opened the next day, in Indiana.
5 stars for absolutely everything else. They were nice, and even offered me a shuttle home when I dropped it off. Would go here again!
