Went yesterday on a rainy Sunday to switch from AT&T. One person in the store. Customers waiting. Two folding metal chairs that were occupied. After waiting over an hour I asked if we were going to be helped today. It went quickly downhill from there. Basically told that they close in 30 minutes and not enough time now to take care of us. Oh and the corporate store down the street has more employees and would be faster. Where was that information while I was standing and waiting for over an hour??? We immediately left. I don't even need a new phone. Just switch from another carrier. Not even sure I'll switch now. Do not recommend this location at all.

I cannot say enough positive things about Josh at store 4200!! He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, kind, diligent and more than competent in getting my phone changed over to T-mobile. Recommend him highly. I couldn't stay with T-mobile because I had no signal once I got home, but Josh was still great.

I recommend T-Mobile, just not this store.
Let me start off with this…Do NOT bring your personal problems to work with you, PHIL! The way my better-half was treated at this store, by PHIL, is totally unacceptable. PERIOD!!!!! You can’t treat anyone, especially a customer of over 12 years, the way she was treated on 08/29/2023. Not one person cares if you haven’t had enough sleep, need a cigarette, frustrated and overwhelmed with your job. SUCK IT UP, BUTTERCUP! We all get overwhelmed at work. That’s no reason to tell a customer of 13 years “I don’t care!” after being told she may switch to Verizon. Way to go, PHIL! And PHIL, you may want to brush up on policy on your phones. That stylus you wouldn’t let her have; guess what, IT BELONGS TO HER/THE CUSTOMER. But NOOOOO! You didn’t let her have it because it would affect YOUR commission. If you have to worry about a $54.99 stylus and what it does to your commission, YOUR IN THE WRONG BUSINESS….PHIL!!!!! And before anyone gives me grief for this review, realize this (and I’m not bragging, just letting you know I’m speaking from experience), I work for a large chain store and often work my section nearly by myself. I also have over 25 years of experience and also in the top 20 of the chain I work for.

Awful awful customer service. Sales tech was more concerned with my personal life with my ex than with actually making sure to assist us correctly. Now I’m out 200 dollars and I’ve been on the phone with T-Mobile all day trying to get a refund. Do not go to this location. Go to the location across from Oxmoor Mall. As a long time T-Mobile customer, I don’t appreciate my money being messed with.

came in to pay my home internet because tried on phone and they told me without a pin they could not take my payment .. Went into store was told it would be about a 15 min. wait. Over an hour later thzy finally took my money and said my internet is on and I dont need a pin. Got home no internet called store would not pick up calls. Called T Mobile. was told would not do anything without a pin. Took my money still no internet no one knows what they are doing. DO NOT GET HOME INTERNET FROM T MOBILE

Ismael Perkins was fantastic when I came in to this location to switch service from another carrier and upgrade my phone. He not only helped me troubleshoot an issue with one of my lines, but he also went above and beyond to ensure I received the iPhone I wanted, even though it was the last one they had in stock. Excellent customer service.

I went into this location with the intention of buying a charger since I left mine in another state. I had the secondary intention of upgrading my phone and I may as well pay my bill too.. Josh was FANTASTIC. Every single question I had was met with expertise and he truly valued my time. I wound up on the phone with T-Mobile customer service and that lady was equally exceptional. Once I had all my business tended to (phone is on a biz account), I discussed upgrade options with Josh. Having been sent a list of possible upgrade/line adding suggestions to my email from the woman over the phone, Josh and I had lots more to discuss. He multi-tasked very well as he walked other employees through various tasks in the background and I never once felt like anyone was ignoring me. He explained the differences between the iPhone 13 and Google P6 phones and also some of the others I was drooling over. I work in IT so it's great to find someone who can talk the talk and keep up with me and by the end of it all, I left a very happy customer. Also, this location is wheelchair accessible, very clean, I saw them wiping down devices between customers, and every employee was incredibly friendly to everyone that entered. Well done.

Went in for an upgrade. TERRIBLE customer service. They ignore you until you speak up directly to them. All of my questions, she just directed me to ask a virtual online assistant on the corporate website. After being in the store for an hour, decides to tell me that I won’t be able to upgrade in their store today anyway. Avoid this place. If you have to go into a store, go to one of the other locations in the city. It would be very hard for any other location to be worse than this one.

DO NOT GO HERE No one greets you at the door, just stares at you until you start explaining what you need. The most unprofessional place I've ever been. The woman helping me said she couldn't do anything and to go on the website to try to talk to a virtual chat consultant... While I was there, another customer asked for her printed statements. The TMobile worker refused for several minutes to print them because "it's a lot of paper". Poor customer had to explain to her that she really needed the statements so that she could buy a house. Just all around HORRIBLE customer service. If you can avoid this place, do. I thought going into the store would be more efficient, but turns out they'll just send you to the website to talk to someone corporate anyway.

T-Mobile - 2 clerks NO SEATING 9 customers over 60 yrs old standing over 45 minutes at least. I waited an hour just wanted a phone cord. Can't call most CS reps speak poor broken English

My boyfriend and I were assisted by a woman with a name beginning with the letter “S”. She was very helpful and sweet! She answered all our questions and definitely did her best to get us set up with what we purchased. The other staff all seemed cheerful and the whole place had a relaxed but helpful demeanor.
