Takes too long. did my windshield and half the time the bays are closed guessing they take lots of vacation time. They also don’t communicate ANY updates.
They will not front not even a nut 🔩 even if you're insurance is paying… 😂 the only thang u gon get at Joe Hudson’s is a tiny job delayed x100 and a nice cup of coffee.

These folks got my truck in Friday afternoon with a busted window that has a factory tint (harder to get) and a broken mirror and glass everywhere and had my truck completely ready to go by monday around 3pm. They are fast, and efficient! The front desk lady was very nice as well as everyone i spoke to on the phone. 10/10 would recommend 👌

This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a collision repair shop. My car was done two days early. I was able to leave my rental there at 8:15 a.m. They open at 8:30 or 9:00. I was also able to drive off early with my vehicle. With that being said I was not inconvenienced at all during this entire experience.

Had a branch completely wipe my windshield out and it took a few weeks but I got my jeep back cleaner then when I left it would recommend

The front desk lady staff is very rude. I am not sure if its because I am Asian that she treats me like that. I did not receive any updates regarding my car repair. They told 7-10 days. It has been 14 days now and still I have not received any update. I called them twice and they keep moving the date. So I sent my husband to go check the car. Same thing, the lady treated her rudely. He saw the car ready but they said it still needs “cleaning” and would require 3 more days.
I can say, they have bad customer skills and lack of communication .

The actual repair for minor scratches on my 2024 Maverick were very good. The communication was poor. Text messages with updates were useless. They would say repairs were close to completion and would be done by end of day when they weren't. When I got the truck back later than promised the soft bed cover was installed out of square and the bed was dusty from the work performed I assume. There were retaining clips missing from the rear wheel well cover. A decal was installed not straight on the rear fender. I assume they must have just eyeballed it instead of measuring. The body and paint work were very good, but the follow up and communications were poor.
