I’m updating my review after talking with the guys at the shop. It seems like there was some miscommunication. They didn’t perform some service because it was unnecessary.

I just moved here from California when my water pump went out for unknown reasons and although it seemed extremely expensive to fix I don’t necessarily think it’s because of Springdale. These are the times we live in. The employees seemed very nice and professional and I have no reason not to trust their word. It seems their shop has a good reputation.

I hate having to do this, but after multiple times dealing with this location and the Brownsboro Road location, I won't be returning and feel the need to tell my story.
The Brownsboro location messed up an injection cleaning I paid them to perform and it took a week for them to get it fixed. They gave me a loaner at least, but the end result was that my check engine light gave a converter issue that would cost a couple thousand to fix, but it wouldn't hurt the car to not do it they said. But the check engine light being on all the time keeps my remote start from functioning. Strike 1
The Taylorsville location I took my Navigator to for a few issues, AC, spark plugs, and multiple other minor upkeep things. They quoted me $6500. Very high but I thought well at least someone good is working on it and it will be done right....
It took going back twice after this to finally get the AC working correctly. Stroke 2.
And the issue I was having with accelerating quickly, a spark plug issue they said, came back after about a month of being worked on. Strike 3
It was extremely disheartening and frustrating to spend that much money and get what seems to be mediocre or bad workmanship. I won't ever be going back and would caution anyone before they spend a fortune here.
They are at least pretty friendly.

Made my appt. online; very easy. Had multiple things done on my car, and they only had it for ONE day. That’s fast service! Also, love the thorough examination of my car and the texted vehicle report. Would HIGHLY recommend taking your car there.

We called in got a appointment was in and out in a quick fashion! With a nice inspection and we was gone on vacation 1400 miles and back no issues. Great guys and great service! 👍
