Taken money out of my account from wrong account number multiple times. Atm. Never works, has eaten my money or wont make a transaction. Horrible locations. Staff is nice. Thats about it. Go with another bank. Don't waste your time. Better to just keep it in under your pillow atleast you wont be charged for it.

Horrible business hours. Unless you work from home or part time, you won’t be able to use this bank (other than atm). You would think that a business so dependent on working people would have accommodating hours. Not SYB.

I recently used the drive-thru window at this bank. Although the line wasn't long, there was only one lane open. I needed to transfer some money and the first woman I spoke with was very pleasant, but when I had some questions a man came to the window and was quite disrespectful. He acted like I was stupid for having questions about my account. He told me to "hurry" filling out my withdraw/deposit slips because there were "other customers waiting in line" (one car that had pulled up just moments before). I felt that because I am a twenty-something who looks young for my age, he was dismissive of my needs, and unconcerned with my business. I'm sure that if he had seen someone my dad's age at the window, he would not have suggested they "hurry up." I like this bank and have never had any problems before but with disrespectful tellers, I'm not sure how they expect to keep people's business.
