There were 2 Caucasian men in the restaurant yesterday morning(one was working) making negative comments about people different than them. So much so the worker messed up my sandwich. Needless to say I won't be back. It's a shame to, because the owner is a sweetheart.

I went to get a soup and it was so runny, like water! There wasnt hardly no potatoes or bacon and you could drink it out the cup like a drink! After not being able to eat it I returned to bring it back and got two footlong sandwiches for 22.00 the manager actually told me I need a receipt! After explaining to her I get the soups all the time she went ahead and refunded the 3.50 even though we just spent over 20 dollars! The customer service is terrible! She even attempted to tell me she ate some and since I waited too long so the condensation from the heat made it water! She tried, but the soup was a waste of 4 dollars, and the fact she wanted to tell me I was wrong or lying even after buying 3 times much product was an insult and I will go to the portland Subway from now on! Its crazy how a customer gets so much inconvenience from a place your keeping open by spending your money. Thats the westend for you!

This subway takes coupons. Other than that, there's nothing special about waiting 20 minutes at the drive thru in kinda the hood. Be ready to take a nap in the car. Waiting for two sandwiches. One you paid for and one you got free but hell they just give it to you so you don't complain #

I did an online order last evening.According to the App, my order was ready. I drove to the restaurant, went inside, told one of the workers that I had an online order. She asked my name, I told her, and also said that according to the app, my order was ready. She got a bit huffy and said she didn't care what the app said. My order was not even started yet.I also ordered in a Friday, Fridays are buy 2 foot longs, get 1 free. I ordered 3 foot longs and none were free.A very frustrated customer that used to eat there nearly weekly. I won't be back for quite awileParking: It is very difficult to get to the drive thru it rear parking lot. The reason for the difficulty is not Subway's fault. There is a little Caesars next to the drive thru. Costumers of little Caesars will block the drive thru

Service was the only thing I appreciated about this last minute idea.. I sat there in the drive-thru for about 30-40 minutes, wasted gas and time, just to order 2 simple sammiches, and a Arnold Palmer.. Dude was really sweet and funny about it though.. I left feeling violated, but happy they double toasted my bread just right!!
