This place is a trip. There were 2 good reps here. A woman and a nice looking guy. They both went out their way to try to accommodate. See t-mobile owed me a free phone because of constant inconveniences I went through. But they were consistent with that part. I had been to the store 5-6 times to no avail. And just when things seemed to look better, this idiot dark skin tall guy exits out of the managers login after it took us so long to get the info we needed. To top it off, he advised my friend that he could leave when he is on my plan as an authorized user. But he stands there as if it's my fault and says I'll have to come back tomorrow. Why? Cause he's a moron. That was my third visit. On the fourth, the manager that i was told would be there, wasn't. And the last and fifth visit], we get there only to be told I'll have to pay the taxes. See. I wasn't part of no promo. I had my own promo. Which was a free and absolutely free phone. I've already made a review on this store which the manager said to call and he's take care of me. I never told him I was that person. He seems like he hates his job. Get a new one or change your attitude. There are 4 decent people there. And they must be exhausted from picking up the slack. So, I still don't have a phone and t-mobile should be called t-moron. I rate them below 0. My constant inconvenience is no concern to the management and the other good and hard working ones don't have the authority they should have. Boo.

I'll say that even when I've talked to a manager and have been offered something specific, not even a managers word means anything. Sales rep was nice but T-Mobile is not dedicated to their promises or gaining customers.

Visited this store at 1:15 today. Two people on duty, plus a Samsung rep visiting the store. The young lady who waited, or should I say tried to wait on me seem to be having some personal problems. In 15 mins excused herself twice to the restroom after getting texts on her personal phone. After the 2nd interruption, I advised her that since her personal business seemed more important than mine, I was leaving. I walked out......employees have to realize that the customer comes first!

Regional management needs to seriously coach this location on company policy and procedures. On numerous occasions they violated company policy and have given incorrect information as well as extremely poor customer service in order to perform the least amount work possible and to attempt to use deceptive tactics to meet quotas and maximize commissions. Hopefully secret shoppers from home office will rectify the situation. On the past 3 occasions in this store I went in to solve a simple problem. All three instances I was turned away . Even after showing them the company policy to resolve the situation on the corporate website. They told me the T-Mobile website was incorrect to my surprise. I simply went to the Preston and Outerloop location and every time my problem was immediately resolved with absolutely no problem. I highly appreciate everything T-Mobile corporate home office has done for us over all these years . I apologize for this negative review. But this location has by far always provided the absolute worst customer service by any T-Mobile corporate location I have reviewed in the entire USA and gives any unfortunate customers who receive this type of poor customer service the incorrect impression about the Company as a whole .

Misha took on a real tough challenge resolving an issue with an iPhone purchased outside of T-Mobile. It's inspiring to see that kind of focus, intelligence, professionalism, and class. I experienced a well managed store with a good team atmosphere that gets things done.

Don’t waste your time, I went in twice in two days on their recommendation and got completely different advice from their two employees I spoke with. The back of my phone is all cracked up, not a complicated thing to get fixed, or at least start the journey of the repair. It’s Frustrating when it companies employees don’t know their own rules. Try any other store!

Very unprofessional staff compared to other T-mobile stores it is super slow. The machines never work in this store and there is always a huge line waiting because every customer spends minimum 30 minutes at the desk to pay bills.

Waited over an hour with nobody even greeting us. Left about 10 minutes after that. 2 weeks later with several hours lost on the phone i am still paying for services I should have been able to cancel.
