10/10 the only place you should go if you’re a T-Mobile customer in the Louisville area. If you’re lucky Sabrina will be working! I came in with my elderly mother who was a bit confused, she was able to help my mom better understand her phone plan, and get our needs for a new phone taken care of in a professional and caring way. I wish more stores had this kind of customer support. Her as well as other members of the staff really are so great, from helping me open the door to the understanding and patience they all had. My mother and I truly appreciate the team and their efforts!Do yourself a favor and don’t go to any other T-Mobile retail stores. Even if there’s a wait, it’s worth it to go to this location.

What a great experience!!! Sabrena is exceptional and answered all my questions no matter how many times I asked!!! Also Kevin is very helpful as well. I had to finish up some things the next day and he seamlessly stepped in!! Definitely sending friends and family there!

I went in for a phone they didn't carry. The woman I spoke with had blonde hair and was not helpful at that point when I had a question and asked for recommendstion. Even though there were no other customers she was dismissive.

While it can be busy at times—meaning there's a bit of a wait—I've had nothing but good experiences with the staff at this location. Something I definitely cannot say about others. Here's to my saying that not jinxing it lol

Today we switched to T-Mobile and it was a positive experience in every way. Acxel greeted us as soon as we walked in. He was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. It only took us about 30 minutes to get our account set up and our lines ported over. I cannot stress how much I appreciate Acxel. It’s refreshing to have such good customer service.

My first experience at this store was like I walked into a family reunion! The ENTIRE staff is phenomenal!!Don, Kevin, Dakota, Collin were patient with this old lady! They call me auntie now?? But, the whole staff is VERY knowledgeable and they won’t stop until they have exhausted every option to resolve any issue!Now, I just find an excuse to drop in ?If you’re looking for any services go to this store!

T-Mobile, you have to do better. Your retail staff in Louisville is working *so hard* to create great customer outcomes. They are professional, patient, and determined to help us succeed. Shout out to Joe at this location in particular. Your systems, on the other hand, seem to be actively working against even the most tenured and knowledgeable of them. In my MANY hours spent in-store for a simple phone upgrade - at multiple locations trying to get whatever problem it was fixed which frankly is still a bit of a mystery to me - I witnessed multiple disappointed customers who didn't get the experience they were hoping for and it all seemed to be a problem with systems and teams not connected to each other. This seems to result in the customer getting stuck in the middle, with your retail employees figuring it out. They need to be supported better, and so do your customers. Every time I have to interact with T-mobile it feels like a punishment. The only bright spot is your employees in-store who are there with me, but it shouldn't have to be that way. Do better.

Phone wouldnt charge and thought I was gonna have to get a new phone, but nope Axcel(??) and the t-mobile team helped fix my problem. They were all very nice and helpful. A tech guy came up front to clean my phone and diagnose my problem. I was very satisfied with my visit!Thanks T-Mobile Team!
