My husband and I ordered 2 cantina chicken meals. Our son called while we were in the drive through line and was having a problem so we didn't check the order as usual. When we got home, we were very disappointed to find out that we did not get what we ordered. We got a bag of food that we guessed was a Mexican pizza meal! So we had food for 1 person with 2 people! Very unprofessional and disappointing ? we paid for 2 meals so got ripped off double!

Got a cravings box and 2 cheesy roll ups and it came to 12 and some change, it came with a beefy 5 layer that was legit just a tube of refried beans, they missed an item in the box which I only realized once I got home and they forgot the sauce I requested. I usually enjoy taco bell, but this is just too pricey and too frequent mess ups for me to enjoy anymore.

This place is GARBAGE, ordered a crunchwrap and i got a tortilla burnt to a crisp and all the stuffing in the bag.Waste of time and money. you would think with how expensive the food is that it would be quality but nah, its just taco

Didn’t expect to be belittled with the $42 order I placed for tonight’s group dinner. Thought it would be easier to place the order inside since it was going to be a large order. You can’t place an order with someone at the counter, you enter it yourself at a stand. There’s no print out option for a receipt, email, no receipt, and text. Still waiting on the receipt to show up so I can contact corporate. Once entered and paid for, I sat down to wait. The order hits the back and maybe she was the manager, but a woman looks from over the counter right at me and repeats the phrase twice “look at this dude”. If you think I’m about to eat 12-13 items by myself, get real. Worst part is you left out one of the items AND HOW IN THE HELL ARE YOU NOT GOING TO GIVE ANY SAUCES WHEN 5 OF EACH WERE REQUESTED. Not sure why she had to belittle me in front of her coworkers, but there is no way I will ever stop at this location ever again.

Pretty poor experience all around. I had to ask for napkins and sauce. The burritos were all refried beans and no chicken. Although I spent over $20 for two chicken burritos, supreme, unsweet tea and an order of pintos and cheese. The person who took my order almost handed me the wrong bag and then thought better of it. I'm going to have to be pretty desperate to go back to Taco Bell.

The food service at this place has always been hit or miss depending on what day and time you go which is the 1st red flag. I always preferred the Preston Highway location over this one for this exact reason, but since they've closed I've had no other choice but this one. Today was the last straw when I found a strand of hair in my food mid bite. I will never go back to this location again. I'd rather go to Qdoba...

I wanna say I’m very proud to the two women that handled that dasher who was very very disrespectful towards them. I heard as the manager was explaining that the drive thru girl was busy and is one person and they didn’t have a front counter person. Also the dasher was impatient and was cussing and yelling and the manager who was nothing but calm. As she politely asked the dasher to leave after receiving the food, the dasher started to cuss them out and was threatening them and the manager was telling her “God Bless You, have a good night.”The dasher was gone maybe five minutes until she came back in and started to cuss the manager out who once again was calm and told her to leave and the dasher almost hit her. I was appalled that this dasher would try to hit her and that manager wasn’t trying to fight. That manager I believe is Timesha as I have on the receipt handles that professional. She even apologized to my husband for the disturbance and she was so sweet. This manager needs a raise for how she handled that rude dasher.

I know they've been gone a few years but I really miss the tostadas and I've heard a lot of people say they what I got it Taco Bell this time was so dry you couldn't eat it I got a couple tacos a bean burrito and the bean burrito was not good you all used to have some really good stuff what happenedParking: Parking was very availableWheelchair accessibility: I'm not in a wheelchair but I can't walk well so I did notice the wheelchair and it was fine

I'm getting tired of people saying that 'dabell just has one item that they rearrange the ingredients for to call it different stuff! There's a huge difference between a corn tortilla and a flower tortilla! Plus, one is hard and one is soft! I just wish they still had that taco that had a hard shell with a soft flour tortilla stuck to it with a layer of bean glue. I think it was called the cornflourbeanarito?
