This place had good reviews so I took my boyfriend there to get his taxes done. He went on a Monday afternoon and the woman said she had a couple more tapers to finalize on it and they will be done by the next day. After numerous calls everyday trying to get the taxes. She said she has been busy and it isn't completed and she would call back but never does. Talked to the manager I think and he said it would get done by the following Monday. Picked them up Tuesday. I can't believe how much it costs. Not even a discount because of the wait. $370.
