I went to the Bashford Manor Target from another Target and was so glad that I did. The Bashford Manor Target is so well maintained and well stocked and the associates are very friendly and helpful. I found everything that I was looking for in the shoe department, as an example, very easily because products were in stock and where they were supposed to be. I was in and out without a lot of searching through piles of shoes or clothing to find what I was looking for. Their customer service within the store is awesome also. This Target is my preferred store from now on.

Called about five different departments not a single answer. Can’t get no one to stay at their station to answer a phone

So much trash outside the store, dirty stained sidewalks. What a very bad first impression. Inside was better, things were put away.

I don't know why this Target bothers to have phones. They NEVER answer them and it's been like that for way too long.

The associate was very rude when I asked her where the flower decor was. At first she said that they didn't have any and then she directed me to them and told me that they wasn't cheap and asked me did I try the dollar tree, all in 30 seconds. I could afford any decor that was in there. I will never in life go back into another target and I will definitely recommend that my associates don't either. A huge loss to target. You never know who people are. Treat everyone with kindness and respect. I don't know if it was my skin color or my jogging pants but to each its own.

This target was atrocious. It was messy, with trash on the floor at the first display. The floor was disgusting, the beverage aisle looked like a tornado went through it with how messy it was. There were bent up beverage cans and a stack of giftcards placed randomly in the aisle. The beauty/bath and body aisles were a mess as well and there was literal dust on some products. I told the person I was with it felt like we were in a bad Walmart. Try a different location because this was the most eerie and disgusting one I've ever been to.

I usually love coming to this target. I can always get in and out quickly, but the last two times I’ve been there, it took just as long as Walmart would. They closed the self checkout on both days. It’s never been closed before and they only had two lanes open, so the lines were very long. So even those of us who only have a few items has to wait making them longer than usual. I was told it’s whatever the manager decides to do that day!
