I actually ordered online and live in Paducah Kentucky. I have always loved purchasing my grandkids clothes online. Last fall somehow after I ordered I noticed it said I have to pick up the order at their mall store in Louisville. I contacted them. I even tried to cancel and have them shipped. I told the store direct I would pay for shipping. I went through every site I could find and asked for anyway the items could be shipped . I was left with man “no, we have no provisions for that, you will have to pick up.” I am a 68 year old with health problems. I could not drive 4 hours there to pick it up and they would not compromise, so I was left paying for something I could not get.

Great products but I will not order online any more. They shipped me the wrong products and will not let me return the items in store for a refund since it is not what's on my receipt. The 3 different customer service reps I spoke to were all rude!

Might be the worst store I've been to. Employees are disrespectful, rude, not doing their job right. I will never go again, I do not recommend it to anyone.

We place an online order for the welcome to school uniforms, and school starting and things not at home yet. We are needing to go Walmart also now. If you can’t accomplish deliveries on time, don’t offer it. Not cool.

So yesterday i go to childrens place to return some pants and i figured they wouldn't take them back because my receipt was missing. Well anyways the ladies there was treating me like i was stupid like i didnt comprehend. Well it gets worse they start talking about customers and even myself. Them ladies were so unprofessional and rude. They did not treat us with respect and they were not nice at all. When i asked for help or asked a question it was a task to answer it. I cant believe the treatment i received and they were even rude to my child i am never shopping there again

First of all I have been shopping and placing online orders from Children's Place for years and never have had an issue until now. No one seems to want to help and I get the run around between Children's Place and the shipping company they use, LaserShip. I placed a large online order for a child with medical disabilities that I sponsored for the Holiday season that is in need. I received an email that my order was delivered at 4:19pm on 10/26 however it was only 10am when I received this email on the 26th. I immediately on 10/26 emailed Children's Place as an inquiry to my delivery since this was odd to me. As of today (11/1) I still have not received any response back from them. I contacted customer service the next day (10/27) and informed that I never received my package. They stated that since it is showing delivered in their system I have to contact LaserShip and have them investigate and that I will then need to provide proof to Children's Place from LaserShip that there was an issue with the delivery prior to them being able to do anything. So I contacted LaserShip to be told by the automated system that due to the call volume I will need to go the their website and submit an email regarding my package I never receoved. I submitted an email and no one has got back to me so I contacted Childrens Place again today and informed of my issue again and then how I submitted an email per LaserShip processes and was told again by the customer service rep that because their system is showing the package is delivered they can not do anything about it and that I have to have the proof from LaserShip that there was an issue with my package once they speak to the delivery driver....even though in their system is shows delivered as well but no one seems to think that it is odd that I received an email at 10am that my package had been delivered at 4:19pm when that timeframe was still hours away. Not happy! I have been shopping at this place for years and then the first time I have an issue no one wants to do anything about it and now the child I sponsored that is in need will not be able to receive these items and I am out $100. I will never shop at this place again and I am canceling my credit card with them.

Located around the center point of the Jefferson mall. This is an idea place to get cheaper baby and toddler clothes. They run great sales at these franchises. With 4 daughters and a wife that loves clothes shopping for them this place has taken plenty of my money. You can order online and pickup if you do not find what you like or your size in the actual store. At this particular location they do a decent job keeping it well kept. Kinda a small store so pretty cramped and the service quality is hit and miss like most mall stores when dealing with mainly teenage workers.

Recomiendo no comprar en esta tienda no por sus productos sino por su servicio. Fui a comprar a mi hija unas ropas que necesitaba y la persona que me atendií³ parece que no sabía realizar el pago con la tarjeta magnética y me realizo el cobro dos veces. Cuando regrese para decirle lo ocurrido ni siquiera trato de hacer allí la devolucií³n del dinero como otras veces me lo han hecho en otras tiendas te acreditan el dinero y tarda más o menos 3 business days para ser depositado. Solo me dio una tarjeta para llamar al costumer service cosa que llevo haciendo más de 15 días no se sabe que esta peor la dependienta del lugar o los operadores de costumer service,todo por un error de esa persona que pudo resolver en ese momento. Si no sabes las políticas de devoluciones de la tienda o las primeras medidas que debes tomar para que el cliente no se vaya disgustado pues no trabajes atendiendo píºblico.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous how much you all have INCREASED your prices during place cash going live. It is insane. Basically the place cash isn't saving us at all because you all have price gouged everything!!!!! Boys jeans $11.99???? Seriously???? Their usually 7.99!! Come on child's place. This isn't right. YOUR NOT SAVING ANYONE MONEY!!!! WERE NOT FOOLS!!!!! I seriously feel super cheated!

I agree with the last review. Prices went up significantly! I ordered several polos for my son and shorts needed for school. I received an email days later stating that the order was being canceled, no explanation. Items where not out of stock either, they canceled my order because the were going to raise prices but didnt want me paying for what was advertised prior to them changing the prices. Ridiculous rip offs.
