Sauce was the boss. Portions are small for what you pay for.

I love eating at The Old Spaghetti Factory.

I haven't been to a spaghetti factory in years. So when we left the Louisville Bats baseball game we were ecstatic. Then we were let down. My daughters cutlet of chicken Parm was twice that of mine and my other daughters Alfredo was okay. The best was our to-go order made 20 min after our original order came first. Lol. I want to try again to see if different but right now find a different place for the classics. If anything changes I will update this.

Went with kids. Waited nearly an hour for our entrees despite not ordering anything complicated (no substitutions or special requests). Kids got grouchy and tired. Would not recommend for anyone with kids hoping for quick service.Kid-friendliness: Was not kid-friendly in the sense that the food took way longer to come out than kids were comfortable waiting.

I wish I knew what happened to our servier, but the manager was gracious and compted our meal. We'll definitely be back because our meals were awesome!!

Food was expensive. Waiter got the tickets charged wrong cards. There were 2 separate bills. Food was not hot. Service was just ok.

Wonderful experience! Food was great and Scott our server was exceptional. Just remember, you don’t have to be a kid to get a kid drink…the cotton candy limeade is delicious.

Very slow service! Dinner took from 6:30pm until about 8:30pm. That's a bit long for boiled pasta.

It is just what you think it would be -- good atmosphere in a great downtown location, with very mediocre food. Salads were good, as was the fresh bread. Entrees average at best. Ice cream scoop for everyone at the end is a nice touch.

For a chain this was pretty good. My entree (spaghetti with meat sauce) was great tasting. I liked the salad and the ice cream after dinner. Service was absolutely fantastic. I was with a big party but there was no falter in efficiency. Cons: there's absolutely no where to park unless you pay and it's a bit pricey for a chain. You can find places prices the same that are local and homemade.
