DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH RETURNS!On 6/14/2023 I purchased a golf cart tire on the rim for $84.79 with my tractor supply credit card. I returned this tire on 6/17/2023 at around 4 pm as it was the wrong tire. I was told by the cashier that something was wrong with their return system and she printed me out a paper on a regular printer (not a cash register receipt) and I might have to bring the paper back in if it didn't credit back to my tractor supply credit card. Over a month went by and the refund had not been credited back to my card. I took the paper given to me by the cashier back to the store and was told by a cashier that it was just a proof of purchase copy and did not show that I had returned it. I was told to come back when a manager was there. I came back another day and was told the same thing. I called on 8/17 to make sure a manager was going to be there and was told yes and that I would need to speak with "Nate". I came in that day and explained the issue to "Nate" and was told that he would have to call loss prevention and to give him a few days and he would get back to me. Over a week went by and called on 8/28 to check back with "Nate" since I hadn't heard from him. I spoke to a different person who said she was also a manager, explained the entire story again and she instructed me to call Customer solutions. I then called customer solutions afterwards on 8/28 and explained this entire story AGAIN and was immediately told by the customer solutions woman that this was an in-store issue and would need to go to the store and talk to them. At this point I'm pretty livid, told her I was tired of being ran in circles and demanded to talk to a supervisor. She then put me on hold, came back a little while later and informed me that she DID find the return in the system and that it would be credited back to my card in 3-5 business days. And of course it's now 9/25 and the refund has STILL not been credited to my tractor supply credit card. THIS IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS! I've never had this much trouble dealing with a return in my life! I mean, I could understand if this were a cash purchase or I was trying to get some store credit, but this has been MONTHS just trying to get something credited back to my TRACTOR SUPPLY CARD. In this day and age do they not have cameras on every register to verify my story? This is insane! I will NEVER buy anything from this location again and I'd advise everyone to check your receipts on EVERYTHING to make sure you don't get screwed for $84 like I did! Tractor Supply SUCKS!Edit - Did you not even read my review? I've already contacted customer solutions! 3 times!

Been standing waiting for help for 30 minutes. One guy went outside ms the girl went in the back and hasn’t been back out yet. Only one cashier. 4 people waiting for help. ??????

Cashier Employee was talking bad about "mexicans" with a Customer as I entered the store. Maybe he should reserve those comments to himself if he thinks so down about them.

Purchased a safe during a black Friday sale (11/23/22). Safe has a slight dent. I brought it up to the guy loading but didn't get much feedback as i'm sure he didn't dent it so I understand. Honestly it looks like it came that way from the factory. Still spending 600+ dollars you don't expect dents. It's minor so I didn't pursue anything further with management etc. Moral of the story is, that this is a good store and ill be back, but if purchasing anything big inspect before it's in the bed of your truck.

The store alarm goes off every night 11pm to 6am for the last 2 weeks. I live across Preston hwy in a neighborhood behind another shopping center & I can hear it like its in my own back yard. It's extremely loud. I called the store to let them know it was happening & nothing has been done to rectify the situation. The police have responded to it several times & it keeps happening.I truly hope this review gets some attention because nothing has worked. It's becoming ridiculous.

It took me nearly 30 minutes to get two 20 lb propane tanks filled. Once you wait a long time to actually get someone, you then have to wait in a long line with only one cashier to pay. Other locations are not like this.
