Both Rodneys, Diana & Paige went over & beyond to assist me in getting my car loaded on to the transporter. I had a luxury vehicle that was low in the front, they found wood planks & other objects that were able to be used to safely get my car onto the ramp without causing damage. I have never experienced this level of customer service & willingness to give 100%. These are truly the type of employees companies would die to have & are so rare to find these days. I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone looking for superb customer service. Love Love Love this experience!!!

I rented a cargo van to pick up an adjustable base for a bed that I bought from someone. I made sure to rent the van with plenty of time to get the base, move it, remove the old base and store it. I gave myself 6 hours.When I arrived I tried to use the self check in feature on their app but it was not working so I went inside for assistance.The lady was nice when I came in. I got my van but no one told me anything about how to use it. I had to figure out to start it and turn it off.The van drove fine. It was in good working order.When I got there to return the van I received no assistance. I tried to use their app and it did not work. Since no one checked the van in I remembered to fill the van with fuel. I came back and still got no assistance. I parked the van, locked the door and went inside. I turned the key in. They said they would email me a receipt. When I received the receipt it said the tank was on empty. I spent $20.46 on refilling the gas at the Thornton's up the street. They charged me $30 refueling fee and $65 for 13 gallons of fuel. On my receipt it showed that I returned the van early and traveled only 22 miles and on my contract it said the tank was full when I received the van.When I called about this receipt the person that answered the phone was the one that checked my van in. She said that I went to check my van in and the van was on empty. She also said that she saw me drive over to the gas station to fill the van up. I was not approached by anyone to check the van in. All I saw were a bunch of employees outside smoking cigarettes. Not one said a word to me. She said she would get her manager to give me the refund just this once and that I needed to remember filling up next time, but I did fill it!I called uhaul customer service. The lady was nice, but I am still awaiting correspondence from the general manager about this. I am extremely frustrated. I would never recommend this place at all.***Updated: The GM did refund me the extra charges and taxes that came from it, but I am out $106 for a week. I do not think I will rent from there again.

I got charged for items I never requested. 2 dollys and a furniture pad. The worst part about it is the U-Haul didn’t come with those items. I called to get a refund which was “processed” now I just got charged another random $25 FOR WHAT!?!?

I will not recommend this location to anybody and I will not go this location again. The clerk does not know how to deal with the customers. I was in front of him waiting for him for a few minutes. He was doing something in the computer and did not say a word. At least he should say "hello, give a few minutes". Another problem was that they did call me to tell me that the work was done. I called two hours before closing and they told me that they were still working on the car. When I when to pick up the car around 6:45 pm, they told that they installation was done around 3:00 pm. The worst was that when I took the car it was a massage on the screen showing that the parking sensor was disconnected and the sensor did not work. This sensor was working fine when I left the car at UHaul for the installation of a hitch. I took the car back to UHaul but clerk did not want recognize that they did something wrong. They even did not check the car inside. They just look outside. I had to take the car to the Nissan to check it and paid $165 for the diagnostic. The Nissan confirmed that the sensor was disconnected. I have prove of this. I when back to talked to the manager about this situation and showing him the diagnostic done by the Nissan, but he just said that he does not believe what I was saying. I told him that I was not going to win anything by doing this, but he just did not care and ignored me. To be honest, It is not about the money. It is about honesty, and respect to the customer They really do have any of these.

Tried to get propane here. Pushed the "ring for service" button at the refill station and waited around for 10 minutes. I felt like the button might not have done anything at all.Eventually an employee came out - it seemed like for a different purpose - and saw me there and told me the propane "system was down" so they could not refill for me.If the system is down, please post a sign at the propane refill area so customers don't waste their time.

Amazing people! I don’t know what I would’ve done without these guys. I had a hitch that was installed incorrectly in a different state which had put my family in a very dangerous situation. They immediately fixed the problem and we’re so kind and cooperative! Definitely go here if you need a rental, these guys literally saved my family’s lives!

This is my third time visiting this U-Haul facility, and in my opinion, provides the best customer service by far. Every time I’ve gone into this store whether it’s for renting a truckor filling a propane tank these people have consistently been genuinely nice and helpful. I’m not talking about the over-the-top cheesy, “fake” nice…these are just good people. This evening I went into this U-Haul to fill a propane tank and a girl that works there (I believe her name was Paige) immediately came out and helped me. I instantly noticed she had the biggest smile on her face when I said hello. Thank you Paige for being friendly and providing good costumer service even though I came in 10 minutes before you closed on a Friday. Keep smiling because it’s a great smile.

I recently rented a moving van from this location. I arrived after they were closed, but thankfully the staff was still working. I had a mobile reservation to pick up the truck up after hours. That reservation never made it to this site. The staff to the time after hours to process my reservation. I am very appreciative of them!!!!

No improvement needed. I have rented from this location numerous times and always have a good experience. This previous time was VERY busy, as it was Saturday. Some customers were rude towards staff and staff maintained professionalism the entire time. Will always recommend this location!

Saturday July 22nd 10am - only one lady running the inside of the store. I think her boss was sick and left her to run the store by herself. She could barely run the store and was overwhelmed and nervous. She was trying to translate for a hispanic guy over the phone and it took forever to get through the issue. Someone said they were waiting for an hour. The outside employee eventually came in and helped how he could. The truck I got was fine, but I reserved two dollies and they wound up not having them ... The next time I need a truck I am going to check out Penske, Enterprise, and Budget and see how they work out.

many times i've used the u haul app its been full of problems and difficult, but everyone here was so helpful and patient and really nice. definitely a better experience than trying to get the app to work out, thats caused me so many problems. but the two guys at the front desk were really cool, and even though we had to change our reservation a bunch he didnt mind. would definitely reccomend this place
