Have a storage unit here and have for just over 1 year. I went in today to move to a bigger unit.5x10 to a 10x15This place deserves better ratings than people have given ! !First I have to say how nice , kind & helpful Michael ! He made it so much easier for me to get in and out after switching units. . With no power right now from the storm that came through a few days ago. Michael if you get to see this review I hope you know that you are a really great nice person for helping me.I called the owner and he is a very nice guy as well I had to double check to make sure I could go ahead & switch units with the systems being down. They all took the time out of their day to make mine a lot better.Michael definitely deserves a raise Thank you all so much !

Beware , do not rent from the owner!!! Brought truck back after using it for 55 miles, 3 days later adds charges of $80 onto my account for gas that I did not use. SHOWS A PICTURE THAT IS FALSE. When I brought the truck back he checked themiles and said we're good. There are other U haul locations that are far more honest and trustworthy than this guy.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Reserved a storage unit on line. When I get there they say they don’t have one available and try to get me to go to an inside unit smaller than the outside unit and more money. If you don’t have it just say. Don’t waste your time with this place

I initially attempted to reserve a 10' box truck. It was listed on the U-Haul website as available, but when it came to selecting the time of day I wanted to pick up the truck it would only let me select a time before the location opened or after it closed. If the truck was available I do not understand why I was not given the option to pick the truck up during normal business hours. Instead I reserved a cargo van, which allowed me to select a time during the hours of operation. The reservation was made using my debit card from one of the largest retail banks in the United States. When I arrived at the location and began the pickup process, I handed my debit card to the attendant to make the payment. The attendant informed me they don't accept debit cards at their location. He stated they only accept credit cards due to theft of their vehicles. I pointed out to him that the U-Haul website allowed me to reserve the van with my debit card and there are not any disclosures on the website stating debit cards are not accepted at time of pickup. He told me his "boss" makes those decisions and that is their policy. Since I assumed I would need to use the same card I made the reservation with, I only brought my debit card and driver's license. Not having any of my credit cards with me I had to drive home, retrieve a credit card, then drive back to the location to rent the van. When I returned the van after use I advised the attendant that according to the website debit cards can be used for payment and quoted to him per the terms and conditions: "Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or cash. (Canadian Independent dealer locations may not accept debit cards)." I told him he should let his "boss" know this information. He was clearly annoyed and lacked any concern. I am confident the owner of the franchise location will hear nothing of this incident. This location will definitely never have any of my future business and I will research who owns this location to ensure I do not go to another location owned by the same person or firm.

U-Haul called on a Monday night to say I needed to go to this location on Tuesday morning for pick-up of my long reserved truck (vice the location where I had reserved). I showed up at 8AM on time (one hour after stated office hours of 7AM opening) to find no one there, the doors and gates locked and no phone number to call. U-Haul customer service was able to help me BUT I DO NOT recommend using this location as they do not staff or communicate to there customers.

Overall a great experience. Although, they didn't have a dolly that was reserved, so that made moving a lot more difficult.But, the guy was super friendly!

Gary was a tremendous help to a stressful moving situation. Gary was patient, helpful and empathetic. This was probably one of the best Uhauls I have been to. Moving can be stressful, but Gary made our move easy. Thanks Gary!!!

Our family made a reservation for a uhaul truck. We showed up and NO uhaul was there. No communication and lots of wasted time. We were told that “someone” would call and let us know when they find an available uhaul truck that we can use. The employee told us that due to this we will receive a $50 credit for reservation guarantee. No other details. We left without a uhaul truck or even a time on when we would receive this call. It’s going on 7 hours- no call. We looked at our email and we received an email 4 hours after our initial reservation and it was canceled (and not by us). No one communicated with us during this whole time. So obviously they do not honor the $50 reservation guarantee. Thankfully, we have some wonderful family and friends who stepped in to help us. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Very disappointed!

Wanted to rent a one-way rental truck for a 170 mile move but all they had available was a 20 ft truck that had to be returned the next day. I took the truck and made the trip back and told the new person at the desk that I was returning the truck. He stated that I didn’t have to return it, it was a one-way rental truck! They would not compensate me, all they said was “sorry.” I was out time and money because of their mistake!

I have to friend move into a storage unit yesterday we went to go lift the door up the spring was broke the door was bagging in the header couldn't stuff near as much stuff in there if he wanted to. The unit was not swept out it was full of debris very dusty. It sends me that this unit wasn't clean like it should have been in maintenance for repairs I used to work for a garage door company and all these places that we went out to they always stayed in tip top shape but maybe since the pandemic people have gotten lazy I really hope that U-Haul get stiff in and make sure that these units are now clean and ready to go you're taking people's money but technically you run into problems you should have U-Haul is supposed to be one account on apparently not yesterday
