Jennifer Hollifield is new to this company. But I wanted to ensure all her new & former clients where aware of how racist & deceitful she really is. Jennifer does not treat her Black clients the same as she treats her non minority clients. Jennifer does not follow the Code of Ethics and Standards. She purposely misrepresented me in my real estate transaction. She denied me the right to ask for the required FHA repairs on my loan. She was steering me She used high pressure tactics (fraud in the inducement) to get me to go through with an illegal real estate transaction. This home was contaminated. She did not allow me to get any of the mechanical systems checked beforehand, I was told " We" don't do that. Please be cautious when using her as your realtor. She is disgrace. Will you tell the public why you tried to say that a Black buyer was looking for a fixer upper? Will you tell the public why you told me that putting closing cost & a home warranty on top of the asking price was a great idea! Please tell them. Will you also tell them what you, your attorney friend & The Kentucky Real Estate Fraud Team did to me in order to conceal discrimination & mortgage fraud? Ms Hollifield you assumed I was dumb, but I was not I trusted that you where being truthful. I have been homeless with home after using her as a realtor I DO NOT RECOMMEND not unless you are well to do, because she treats her Black clients like dirt. Please know just because you left Keller Williams does not mean I am not going to continue to run you & Brad Longs name in the dirt. If you did not want anyone to know maybe you should not have done it! Where was we suppose to live?
