The entire staff is super consistent!!! From their customer service to their personalities!!! I use this UPS store 2 or 3 times a week & there has never been a moment where I’ve not felt like a priority!!! 10 out of 10!!!

Shame on UPS. I filed a lost package claim, submitted every required document, and days later I’m still being ignored. No update, no support, no accountability. This is beyond frustrating — it’s completely irresponsible.

I just came here this afternoon to drop off an Amazon return as this was one of the listed locations to do so, and man, this was the simplest transaction I've had in some time! The service and friendliness was excellent!

This has to be the best-run UPS store in the world…and I have been to dozens. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They get to know the needs and preferences of their regular customers, but provide top service to everyone who walks through the door.

This UPS store is by far the best store in Louisville when it comes to the services they offer and amazing customer support. I have consistently used this UPS location for both personal and business use and every time the service exceeds expectations. The ladies who run this location do so with a passion for their work that you just don’t see these days. They will go the extra mile and then some to help. Their hard work deserves to be recognized because they are 6 out of 5 stars kind of store. 10/10 recommend and will continue to do business with them regularly.

Waited outside the door for 30 minutes during normal business hours. There was a sign posted “we will be right back, sorry for the inconvenience “but they weren’t back and they probably aren’t sorry.

Denise Lewis - the Boss Lady - is amazing! We had a conference a couple of blocks away and she made it much easier for that to be a success.
I was able to borrow a dolly to transport boxes, she notified me when new things arrived, and was super helpful getting things shipped out.
Best conference logistics experience ever!
