Please be sure to card all patrons and not just patrons of color. This would be an equitable way to enforce a policy. (FYI) I received a response from corporate stating IDs may be required for pick up. I was dropping off. Also, I contacted several UPS locations in city and 4 out of 7 don't card. My statement is fair and research is legitimate. "Simple policy...simple solution" thank you for your attention.

This place always takes care of my printing needs! Todd & Netta are awesome! So hospitable and helped me out so much with getting my son's birthday invitations printed just in time for his party. Thank you both! Definitely recommend this location ??

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a small business owner and I arrived to this location this morning with the intent to ship an order for my customer. I explained the services that I needed and the associate asked for my ID. I asked her since when do you need my ID to ship an order? She responds with “that’s the law” with an attitude! Like last listen, I’ve been shipping products for a while now and this is the first I’ve ever been asked for my identification.This associate has poor customer service skills, poor communication and innerstanding and lacks professionalism. She might have been able to provide better service had she not been worried about what time the coffee would be arriving.In summation, I ended up taking my business to the UPS store on 325 Main St.Do not go to this location if you want to be treated with respect and decency.

I frequent this store. I have seen the line backed up to the door during busy season, and the employees remain calm, courteous, and respectful. I've never had a negative interaction with anybody there. The team is top notch. They enhance those small, daily interactions that most people don't think about. Those small things can make or break your day. I'm glad this store makes sure you have a good interaction every time.

I have a package that has been in their facility since August 31st. It is September 27th. It said there was a “delay” but it says “on the way” right now and I have not watched the package move an inch from their facility. I have called them to no avail as well.

I had a package I needed to send today. Went in this store for the first time. Employees were very friendly and had me in and out in about 5 mins. I picked up a few shipping supplies while I was in there. Their prices on those are reasonable. Great and convenient location if you live or work in the downtown area.

I've had to change this review several times throughout the past couple of years.Good Things:They have a couple really good employees that work here. The guy/manager is friendly, helpful, and always has a good attitude know matter the time of the day.It doesn't matter if it's 9am or 4pm... He's always busy doing something, stacking packages or boxing something up. He never fails to immediately stop whatever he's in the middle of doing to help me with my arm load of packages.I appreciate his consistently good service and support.Bad Things:I've only had 1 package damaged in Transit in 20+ years.There's a lady that works 1st shift/the same shift as the guy(manager). I've had a couple negative experiences with her. She isn't as helpful/quick to help you or friendly. It's hit and miss with her. You never know what kind of service you're going to get with her, so I try to avoid her completely.The second shift employee is a nice lady. She is usually busy. I think she's the only person to work the front. I can understand why this would make her job stressful.Several times, They have locked the doors 15-20 minutes early. Its best you get here at least 30 minutes before they close. I've found the doors being closed and locked early more than once. It's aggregating to drive all the way there to find them closed early. Only to cause customers to drive to the other side of Bardstown road.

I went to this location to send a package to my daughter. I've not sent a package in the mail in years. The lady who assisted me was very rude! She greeted me as if I was inconveniencing her somehow. She took down the weight of the package and asked for the destination address (she snapped at me for going too fast, I was not because I wanted it to be correct), then she gave me the price of everything and asked that I confirm that everything was correct on the screen. I asked her to please change the return address, as she assumed the address on my driver's license was the return address (she never asked me) and she rolled her eyes like I was annoying her. I was polite and even giggled at myself a bit and even apologized to her and said, "sorry, I haven't done this in a while." She just stared at me. I don't appreciate her acting as if I should know everything. She lacked customer service skills and should be trained to address each new customer as if it is their first experience and KINDLY walk then through the steps. I will not return to this location and I will not suggest this location to other people.

This was the most customer friendly packaging and mailing service I have ever used. We had an urgent need for packing and sending 7 boxes of items and we were assisted incredibly well, all the while she was helping others. Couldn't have asked for better service.

If I get refund I’ll delete this complaint. I used my data to open up label turned phone for her to scan she clicked on something and said put this email in Amazon box she came back with label took my box and said, IT WILL B $1.95 I left walked to goodwill block up street for a wall clock for my new apartment it was $1.99 I will copy this to Facebook twitter and instagram ups till I get refund!!!!
