I originally had a 1 star on this, as they had caused a 2 day priority package to be 4 days and a return. But, I change this to 5 because the mistake was truly a mistake, someone had very deeply messed up but that is not the issue of the company over all. I had 8 really amazing people who spent the last two days calling me and everyone around from Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia and North Carolina trying to make sure my package was returned to me as soon as possible and as safe as possible. My package was very temperature sensitive, and they did the best of their abilities everything they could. I truly thank all of you for your help, especially today getting it back to me ? My package arrived perfect, and my item is safe!

Package has been held here for over 2 weeks now with no updates... I seriously just ordered one pair of jeans, why is the customs process so long for such a simple shipment????? Not to mention getting ahold of someone at UPS is nearly impossible. The automated system won't let you talk to a person and it's driving me insane!

Sent a package to my daughter in Florida who was away from home for her first holiday. I mailed the package on November 19th, paid extra to ensure timely arrival prior to Thanksgiving. My daughter got her package on Wednesday, December 1st - after she drove to the UPS hub in Tampa, FL and picked up her package. God only knows when she would have received it had she waited for UPS to actually deliver it! After 6 separate calls, speaking to 5 different Customer Service (CS) reps and 3 supervisors - my daughter had to go to the local UPS hub to pick up her package! I had sent it on the 19th, paid extra to have it delivered before (the 25th) Thanksgiving (scheduled to be delivered by the 23rd). A CS rep, named Sergio, hung up on me after I requested to be connected to a supervisor because I wasn't happy with his handling of the issue. In addition to hanging up on me, Sergio initiated a request to change the delivery address of my package - which I NEVER requested, needed or wanted. Contrary to the CS reps reasons for the package not being delivered, Reason #1 “recipient not listed at address" & Reason #2 "the delivery address was incorrect", she's lived there since we moved her in August, not to mention - I've sent multiple packages to my daughter at the listed address.The first supervisor I was finally connected to didn't speak English and hung up on me as well, instead of transferring me to an English speaking supervisor. The first two CS reps I spoke to didn't actually take any action on my issue - or they didn't put any information into my account, so it wasn't until the third CS rep that any of my attempts at resolving the issue of getting the package delivered was annotated. Additionally the address change requested by the CS rep Sergio further delays in delivery & caused an unbelievable amount of confusion with each subsequent call for assistance. I'm disgusted by the flagrant lack of oversight of CS reps and their unprofessionalism in assisting me with getting my package delivered. I will NEVER use UPS ever again. Photos attached show the ridiculously long process of the package.

I have a loss package I can’t get anyone to tell me a number where I can call and file a claim so I don’t have a bed I’m sleeping on the wood floor thank you very much UPS

Worst service. Don’t update customer on status of there is any issue. NEVER USE UPS AND INSTEAD GO WITH FEDEX.

Horrible! Package from Hong Kong held for over a week after I paid for next business day shipping ($$&&) customer service is laughable. Still don’t have my package FedEx from here out.
