It seems like they have lost my package & keep saying it will arrive then change the day.
This is the worst service I have ever had from this company. The customer service isn't even in this country. Very disappointing.

Stuck in “Warehouse Scan” for 4 days now. Made its way through 2 countries in 2 days just to be stuck at this god awful warehouse. Something needs to be done about this place. Dont ever use

Unorganized. Called everyday to see if the importer was the issue or anything I can do to get my package, and they kept saying that the package would be sent the following day. That happened for weeks. They just kept it in the warehouse without explanation. It is still there weeks later. They probably lost it and just don't want to take responsibility. Lesson: use a different shipper.

I don't know what to say ! I sent a parcel from Belgium. No news since 04/30 ! I tried to phone and I got an IA lady on the phone who was not really efficient.
I'm really angry about this !
This is not serious. It is the second time my parcel gets lost. I'm going to contact a consumer aid service in my country.

Picked up a load on 01.27.25. I arrived at 1045. I was out by 1200. Great time in my book!!!! There is parking on side of road. So to me, there's overnight parking. Not the best but u can see that many have used it. Wish I had known. They have a break room with all amenities, ice machine, microwave, etc.

Constantly flying directly over my house at ridiculously low altitudes nonstop. It is my belief this is a very shady untrustworthy company. Glad I didn't go to work for them.

Somehow, my package was being delivered at a reasonable speed until it got here. Then, all of a sudden, it showed that my package won't get delivered until next week, 5 days extra of the original delivery date. Also, to add, the package was scanned into the facility but not scanned out. Well, that day has come and gone, and still no package. So UPS Worldport Freight Facility, either someone stole my package or your employees are incompetent of handling others items, which one is it?

Our three packages are sitting here since last 20 days have called all possible ups departments day and night to help us out and get released these packages and ship to Canada asap. No transit package should sit over 6 hours at same spot. But litterly no action from UPS. And reaching out worldport hub centre is next to impossible worst customer service. Our wedding is about to spoil as packages contained wedding clothes.

Your company lost a hard working teenager due to your Rent a cops accusing him of still when they were aware that they had nothing on him because he doesn't steal.... they are not police so the need to stop acting as so before they are reported for impersonating a police officer.
