Friendly, patient team. Manager Ben is was helpful with some last minute printing then took care of it when it didn't go exactly to plan. (bonus points for him also being a dog person!)

I had an exceptional experience at this establishment. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and they even gave my dog a treat. Additionally, the printing I had commissioned exceeded my expectations. I will certainly return in the future. Thank you for your exceptional service.

I always get the best service here and I'm not always the easiest customer. Whether I need to mail something, do an Amazon return, shred documents, get photos or need a notary, this is my goto place. The service is always the best even when I'm not. Latest was having photos printed from digital. Some of the photos had issues. The owner worked with me to get the best results. Even edited out some things for me. Very nice people, great service. Also makes me happy that it is locally owned. Shop local!

I am writing this review based on my past two visits to this location. During both visits I was unfortunately greeted with a patronizing attitude from the head employee. He was very aggressive and talked down to me while rushing me and making sure he got his point across before I could even finish my sentence. This will definitely be my last visit to this ups store. Hopefully some change can come of this store soon.

Ben, one of the managers, was incredibly helpful, kind and easy to work with. He helped me with my project in a very timely manner, and the $17 was well worth it. Highly recommend!

Called last week to ask if they do passport photos - was told yes, they do, no appointment needed. Came in tonight to get them and was told they couldn’t get to the supplies because of boxes in the way and that we would need to come back in 30 minutes after the driver had come to pick up the packages - as though it was not possible for them to just move a couple things to get the camera out of the drawer. Came back 30 minutes later as requested, and all the boxes were still there but they’d somehow gotten the camera. Then was told the camera wouldn’t work and to go somewhere else. When I asked where, the employee told me to go to one nearby that had told me they don’t do passport photos. So I asked if there was another and he basically told me to figure it out on my own. Terrible service. Now we set aside time for a family of 4 to get photos and couldn’t, and will have to figure out another location to go to and a time that we can do it. Tonight we just had an hour of our time wasted.

UPS may not be the most affordable, but Isaac was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and efficient. I usually procrastinate when it comes to sending packages, but today's experience was so seamless that I’m far less likely to put it off in the future.

on 3/5, Shipped package (a license plate) 2nd day arrival. It took two days just to get it out of the UPS store. Now due to arrive on 3/11. $42.09 down the drain.

Andrew helped me initially and again once I came back in with more returns I had. Isaac also helped. They were very patient. Incredibly helpful, and friendly. Good employees are hard to find; these guys are great! I see Andrew almost everytime I drop off packages for work and he's always very nice and helpful. High fives guys! I'm sure I will be back soon. Great location, management should be proud!!

Great location and everyone who works here is always super nice. Lines are usually short, if there is one, even on the weekend.
