Some employees are not pleasant. Don't have a way to prop door open if carrying in packages. Employees definitely won't help with the door. Also they close half the time whenever they want on Saturdays even though they have a set time on the door and website. Try to avoid this location if possible.

This store is awesome! They always take care of all my goofy Amazon returns and never judge how many times I’m in a week (I’m an indecisive and impulsive shopper.) Even when I’ve used all my tape and my printer is out of ink, they’re always there for me and have the printer warm and fresh tape on the roll! Big shout out to Sophie who took care of my returns today, she rocks! The whole store rocks! I’m glad they’re my neighborhood UPS Store because they make shipping easy! Thank you for always being awesome!

Just wanted to leave a quick note. I'm terrible with names, but i was there Friday afternoon, and had, had an extremely terrible week. Just wanted to let you know one of you're employees was amazing and kind. And was a bright spot on a rough day. We shared the same glasses so that was funny and they were just so very nice and kind and helpful. You have a good one there. Just wanted to give a much deserved shout out.

I mostly use this location for Amazon returns, but would certainly favor it for the other services they provide. This is a busy location, but they are always well staffed and get you in and out quickly. The employees are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! The store is always well stocked and tidy.

Stay away from this location, they only have one clerk/register going and the line is out the door already been in line 30 minutes …guessing it will only get worse closer to Christmas!

Great store but very inconvenient to close so early on the weekends when it’s the time most working people have an opportunity to do their shipping/returns. Other Louisville locations are open to at least 5. They should really reconsider their store hours.
