Kim Clark went above and beyond helping me get my will notarized and even gave me scented stickers to put on a package I was sending to Las vegas for my sister's kids. She was patient I needed multiple services (copies, notary, return, ship, etc) and she was so so kind. Please recognize her.

I had a most surprising encounter today! I needed to ship my son's Christmas present after waiting for the USPS to deliver it 30 days after purchase!! Here's what happened:
The immediate acknowledgement when entering the UPS store, the friendly, courteous, helpful, suggestions on what to ship my package in, willingness to take time explaining prices...could go on and on, I will from now on ship UPS vs USPS. Hands down, made my day !! Thank you!!!
